Mercure Xi'an International Airport T3

There's a construction site near the hotel, and the clanging of rebar starts early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep. If you're sensitive to noise, definitely avoid this place. The airport pick-up service took a very long time. They wait for a large group of people in a big bus, which is very inefficient. If you have a late-night flight, I recommend taking a taxi yourself and don't rely on the hotel's service.

I stayed at the Mercure Xi'an Muslim Quarter a few years ago and had a good experience. This time, I arrived very late at Xi'an Xianyang Airport, so I booked this Mercure hotel nearby. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service, which made getting to the hotel very convenient. The front desk staff were very friendly during check-in, the room was very clean, and the facilities were great. Good value for money.

My stay was exceptionally good, and I have to give a special shout-out to Mao Mao at the front desk. When I checked in, she was incredibly warm and patient, and her communication was friendly and thoughtful. She meticulously answered all my questions and was very efficient. When I encountered a problem, she immediately helped coordinate and resolve it, responding promptly, which was truly heartwarming.

Traveling with my kids, we had a layover at Xianyang Airport and stayed at this hotel. We took a stroll around Xianyang Old Street and indulged in a lot of carbs! The hotel's breakfast was good, and the service was excellent; everyone was warm and polite. They offer a shuttle service to the airport, and it only takes 20 minutes to get to Terminal 5, which was incredibly convenient.

The room was decent, new, and quiet. The door wasn't directly facing the bed, which was nice. They also offer 24-hour airport shuttle service to Terminals 2, 3, and 5, and the breakfast had a good variety.

The hotel stay was great. The airport shuttle service was very thoughtful. The ladies at the front desk had excellent service attitudes, and the cleaning staff were also very diligent and friendly. The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse.

The location is quite secluded, and while it's close to the airport, you can't hear any airplane noise from the room. The 24-hour airport shuttle service is a great bonus. The lobby is bright and clean, and the elevator's antique bronze interior feels very grand. They provide two room cards, which is a thoughtful touch. The room decor is impressive, with a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary drinks. The hairdryer, toilet, shampoo, and shower gel are all branded, which is a nice touch. The shower has excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. It's an ideal place for business trips or leisure travel.
