The house is built on the mountain, the scenery is good, the size of the standard room is OK, the family of four is not crowded, the bathroom is also very large, the decoration of the all-wood package is more chic, the bed is thin brown mattress, relatively hard, suitable for children. Walking along Line A can go directly to the visitor center, eating in the restaurant near the visitor center, the road is a little far, there is a free breakfast is a surprise. Unexpectedly, the power outage is 2 times on a hot day, I hope to remodel it as soon as possible.

I didn't expect to have such a high cost-effective hotel in Longmen. The hotel is very new. It seems to be newly opened. The overall environment is good. The main room is clean and tidy. I actually slept well when I recognized the bed! And the receptionist at the front desk has a good attitude! The only thing that feels inadequate is that breakfast can be better and perfect.

#好評#對房內採光滿意；看到写着有ktv 所以问了前台会不会吵，她说不会就入住了，结果可好，ktv 恨不得唱到了天亮，隔音效果太差，半夜楼道里有高跟鞋有说话声，各种声音吵得人睡不着，房间里面无线网坏了，找了好多次前台最后才解决了

I regret coming to Shengzhixiang so late! It's so comfortable! There are many hot springs in the park, including private hot springs in the family area and special cave areas. The hot springs can also be contracted for an entire swimming pool. The overall service is in place, basically responsive to every request, and fruit will be delivered in the evening! I will recommend my family and friends to come next time!

WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

He was amazingly polite and I truly appreciated his effort to make our stay as comfortable as can be.
The hotel is amongst the best in the region and I was given a room with sea view.
Highly recommend this hotel to those who love a great view and impeccable service.

The double room was too close to the elevator. I was afraid that our children would not be able to sleep well. The boss specially added two big bed rooms I bought two beds and gave Xiang Piaopiao to the children

CChardeyThis hotel is in a beautiful location! Right across from the beach and not far from nice beach front shops and restaurants. The rooms are located in villas. The grounds are definitely worth walking around and having a look. The room was very clean and comfortable. Room types vary, some have bath tubs and/ or balconies, some do not. It is best to request what you would like to have in the room when checking in. I did wish the balconies all had chairs and table, I only saw that a few of them had some. There is an on site laundromat with dryers and a gym which is very convenient. Me and my friends requested the pool to be filled a few times but unfortunately by the time it was filled, we were checking out and could not use it. It is a shame because the pool area is really so beautiful. The staff was very friendly and tried to fix our issues and help our requests. We asked for more western styled food at the breakfast bar and they were able to help us with that the next morning. The staff is really great and helpful! I would book here again!

GGuest UserCentrally located. Pedestrian shopping street zhongshan road and a meto station is just around 5-10 mins walk. The seaview room offers best views of Gulangyu island from Xiamen. Nice gym. Great and impeccable service from the executive lounge staff, including Alma. We'll definitely be back in Swiss Grand in our next trip to Xiamen.

JJwGreat location. A little noisy as the room was facing the back road and the toilet windows cannot be closed. Escalators didn't work all the time. Wifi works for foreigner as there's an alternative way to login with the room number. We did not want housekeeping so they left water outside our door everyday.

RRittzzWe recently stayed for 1 night. But we need spend more time in Xiamen for an unexpectedly long time. So, back to this hotel and stayed a few more days. We received a very warm welcome at check-in and a welcome back gift in the room. Beautiful room with a wide and nice view, good desk to do the work and a lovely sofa to relax. Neat cleaning of the room every day. We gratefully made use of the Continental Club on the 8th floor. Very tasty, high-quality and delicious food. The furnishings feel like a living room where you immediately feel at home and at ease. The wait staff is professional and friendly with an appropriate distance. The hotel manager and the relationship manager made an effort for a personal conversation. Very attentive. Sufficiently qualified restaurants and lobby for your high tea with friends or business meetings.

GGuest UserMy elderly mom and I visited Xiamen for a 5D4N private trip. Booked Millennium Harbourview Hotel again on the 3rd and 4th day stay due to the superb and convenient location.
When we reached the hotel around 4 pm, we were greeted by a hotel staff wearing a black coat. He helped us to push our luggage bags from the main entrance until our room. We really appreciate his kindness.
From the hotel, turn right and walk along the road until you cross the traffic light and reach the end, turn right again until you reach Heping Wharf to onboard the ship for Lujiang night tour. 20 mins walk. There's 2 sessions available, 7.30 pm & 8 pm. It cost RMB109 perpax. The night tour took around 1 hour to finish.
The sky in Xiamen started to get bright at 5 am. If you can wake up early, this is the best time to go out and walk around the hotel surrounding area. It's cool and windy. It's a good time to take photos as only a few people and cars are on the street. It's very peaceful and safe to walk along the road. We didn't see any cat, dog, or birds on the street.
A 30 mins walk to Haibin Park to see the sea and Gulangyu Island. You may also rent a bicycle that is available at the roadside in front of the hotel.
There's many local food roadside stalls available in front of the hospital beside the hotel.
We requested the hotel staff to arrange a taxi to send us to airport T3 during checkout. The whole process took around 7 mins, from checkout until we board the taxi. We really appreciate the front door staff dressed in red uniform to call for the taxi and helped us to upload our luggage bags in the car. The journey to the airport took around 30 mins and cost us RMB50.
I hope the hotel management can consider changing the room mattress as it's too old. The pillow is too flat. Good for sleep but not for resting. The room is very clean, but the wooden headboard frame was sticky when i lay my head on it. The bathroom rain shower head needs a fix as cold water dripping down when i'm using the handheld showerhead.

The room layout is relatively simple, with a washing machine and refrigerator, the bathroom is relatively clean, and takeout is also very convenient. It's my first time living in a loft and I'm not used to it. I get bumped every time I go to bed. The computer is okay and I can play Dota 2 without any pressure.
