The hotel is close to the subway entrance and can be easily reached on foot. After landing in Xiamen, I found a temporary room. The receptionist downstairs is very nice. Seeing that I was exhausted, I offered to help carry my luggage upstairs. It was great! The guest room is on the second floor, and the layout is a bit like nine bends and eighteen bends. The themed double bed room is antique, clean and tidy, the windows are well ventilated, and the bed is also clean and comfortable. The only downside is that the ventilation fan in the bathroom is broken, so we can only rely on it The room is air-conditioned and ventilated, everything else is good, the sound insulation is very good, I will come again next time!

I fly all over the country all year round, and I basically take Xiamen Airlines. By chance, I booked this hotel because it was close to the place where I was on a business trip.
When I checked in, the hotel front desk gave me a service business card, saying that I could contact their service ambassador. At first, I thought this surname was quite special when I saw the name, but I ran into the ”real person” while waiting for the car in the lobby. It was quite interesting!
Most of the hotel staff were quite polite, and the lobby was spacious. Although it was my first time staying at this hotel, I just wanted to give it a try because it was named ”Xiamen Airlines”. I had also stayed at the Xiamen Airlines Hotel on Hubin Road before, and the service was called the ”Haidilao” of the hotel industry! They always responded to every request, which was amazing~ Although this hotel is not as high-end as the other one, it is worth it to stay in this location at this price! I have to praise these two hotels of Xiamen Airlines. They should have a complete set of their own management model. Whether on the plane or off the plane, they give people a very comfortable feeling. It is the kind of service routine that is similar, with warmth but not too excessive.

Came to Xiamen with friends to watch a concert, and chose to stay at the Four Seasons again. The experience was great. The room was very clean, the fragrance in the lobby was nice and clean, and there were many breakfast options and the taste was great. The room was near the construction site, and the front desk reminded us that there might be some noise, but when we got to the room, we saw earplugs prepared, which was a good thing!
The picture is on the first floor, the room layout is the same, but we later chose to upgrade to zero pressure upstairs. The zero pressure mattress experience is not bad, thank you~

It was my first time to come to Xiamen for a business trip and I chose Home Inn at the SM Plaza, subway entrance and Bank Street. I thought that the hotel in a good location would be either very expensive or the room was small and the service was poor. Unexpectedly, it refreshed my perception. My friend and I stayed in Superior King Rooms 416 and 429 respectively. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the toiletries were complete. Takeaways were not allowed upstairs, which was safe and secure. The cleaning aunt was polite, courteous and professional. In the photo at the front desk, this handsome guy and the three girls from the morning shift (me They were not photographed during the meal when taking pictures before leaving the store) Warm greetings, active hospitality and professional services. The night shift front desk girl and the security guard are responsible and courteous. The breakfast buffet style is very quiet and hygienic. I will come again next time! (200 words exceeded😁😁)

When I booked a room, I chose a double bed room with a window for 279 yuan at the time. The room was very clean and tidy. It would be cheaper on Mondays and Tuesdays during the off-season. There is tea in the lobby, and it is very warm to have a cup of tea when you go out and come in. There are a few nearby There is a Jiangtou vegetable market, and the Lida Xuansha, tea, noodles and flat food are delicious. It is very convenient to live here for eating, drinking and having fun. There is also an SM City Plaza about one kilometer away. If you go out from the bus station, you can also go to the temple. You can go and take photos of the temple. The plane flies over the former Qingshui Palace, and you can also take the bus to Xiamen Station. It can be said that it is a very convenient hotel with good service and new facilities. My child said that I can't watch the TV and the remote control doesn't work. Still a five-star rating! Must stay here!

Nice new hotel around 10 minutes drive (20rmb by taxi) from the airport. I just stayed here overnight, but the staff were friendly, room was clean, and I enjoyed the location - you are really in the middle of a local Chinese neighborhood, highly doubt you will see any other foreigners around, but that's cool - part of the fun. Literally hundreds of restaurants within a couple of hundred meters, supermarkets etc.
The room itself was well furnished, had all the amenities you would ever need, and most importantly was spotlessly clean.
A simple breakfast was included.
For the price, you really can't go wrong - I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

He was amazingly polite and I truly appreciated his effort to make our stay as comfortable as can be.
The hotel is amongst the best in the region and I was given a room with sea view.
Highly recommend this hotel to those who love a great view and impeccable service.

The double room was too close to the elevator. I was afraid that our children would not be able to sleep well. The boss specially added two big bed rooms I bought two beds and gave Xiang Piaopiao to the children

CChardeyThis hotel is in a beautiful location! Right across from the beach and not far from nice beach front shops and restaurants. The rooms are located in villas. The grounds are definitely worth walking around and having a look. The room was very clean and comfortable. Room types vary, some have bath tubs and/ or balconies, some do not. It is best to request what you would like to have in the room when checking in. I did wish the balconies all had chairs and table, I only saw that a few of them had some. There is an on site laundromat with dryers and a gym which is very convenient. Me and my friends requested the pool to be filled a few times but unfortunately by the time it was filled, we were checking out and could not use it. It is a shame because the pool area is really so beautiful. The staff was very friendly and tried to fix our issues and help our requests. We asked for more western styled food at the breakfast bar and they were able to help us with that the next morning. The staff is really great and helpful! I would book here again!

Order the room service and one of the egg Benedict went missing. I’m puzzled thinking is it only one with egg Benedict and the other one is without and called the service desk to check. They were quick to action and deliver another one to me but to my surprise I found the egg Benedict inside the dining cart and I ask the staff that deliver to me if he’s aware of it and he admit. This is quite bad cos if u drop the food, u should be honest about it and inform me and not trying to get it thru like that

I'm very satisfied with the fact that my room was facing the Zhongshan Road. I felt quite lucky cause I could see the view of Zhongshan Road every morning and night just from my room window.
Service: Quite friendly, especially the cleaning and the restaurant staff. They are so kind to me and my father.
Although there was a little problem in communication since I can't speak Chinese well, I enjoyed my stay at Ibis Hotel.

SserselMy stay here was a positive experience, especially considering my primary need for a cheaper and clean place to stay before catching my flight the next day. My flight wasn't too early, so I decided to stay in the city and randomly chose this hotel based on its price.
Upon entering the room, I was surprised by the huge size of both the room and the bathroom!. The bed, I must say, was very comfortable, which made for a restful night.
As I had read in other reviews, the hotel is indeed old, but it seems they put effort into keeping it as clean as possible. I didn't have any cleanliness issues during my stay. The bedsheets and towels were very clean, which was important to me. The carpet wasn't very clean, and the sofa in the room looked quite old. I didn't need to use them, so it wasn't a problem for me.
I also read that someone mentioned the elevator didn't work, and they had to carry their luggage. It was the same for me. Fortunately, my luggage was small, so I didn't mind too much. However, I can imagine it would be quite challenging for people with big luggage. I'm sure the hotel staff would help if asked, though.
It seems like the elevator issue is a recurring problem, and the hotel should fix it. Despite their efforts to maintain cleanliness and provide a positive experience in other aspects, a malfunctioning elevator is definitely a negative for them.
On the other hand, the staff at the hotel was friendly and always had a welcoming smile. Overall, it was a good one-night stay, especially considering the price. This hotel served its purpose well for my brief stay.

GGuest UserMy elderly mom and I visited Xiamen for a 5D4N private trip. Booked Millennium Harbourview Hotel again on the 3rd and 4th day stay due to the superb and convenient location.
When we reached the hotel around 4 pm, we were greeted by a hotel staff wearing a black coat. He helped us to push our luggage bags from the main entrance until our room. We really appreciate his kindness.
From the hotel, turn right and walk along the road until you cross the traffic light and reach the end, turn right again until you reach Heping Wharf to onboard the ship for Lujiang night tour. 20 mins walk. There's 2 sessions available, 7.30 pm & 8 pm. It cost RMB109 perpax. The night tour took around 1 hour to finish.
The sky in Xiamen started to get bright at 5 am. If you can wake up early, this is the best time to go out and walk around the hotel surrounding area. It's cool and windy. It's a good time to take photos as only a few people and cars are on the street. It's very peaceful and safe to walk along the road. We didn't see any cat, dog, or birds on the street.
A 30 mins walk to Haibin Park to see the sea and Gulangyu Island. You may also rent a bicycle that is available at the roadside in front of the hotel.
There's many local food roadside stalls available in front of the hospital beside the hotel.
We requested the hotel staff to arrange a taxi to send us to airport T3 during checkout. The whole process took around 7 mins, from checkout until we board the taxi. We really appreciate the front door staff dressed in red uniform to call for the taxi and helped us to upload our luggage bags in the car. The journey to the airport took around 30 mins and cost us RMB50.
I hope the hotel management can consider changing the room mattress as it's too old. The pillow is too flat. Good for sleep but not for resting. The room is very clean, but the wooden headboard frame was sticky when i lay my head on it. The bathroom rain shower head needs a fix as cold water dripping down when i'm using the handheld showerhead.

The room layout is relatively simple, with a washing machine and refrigerator, the bathroom is relatively clean, and takeout is also very convenient. It's my first time living in a loft and I'm not used to it. I get bumped every time I go to bed. The computer is okay and I can play Dota 2 without any pressure.
