The hotel is in a very good location, right next to Bailuzhou Yuandang Lake. Opposite the hotel is Bailuzhou Park. The park environment is great and there is a light show at night. The hotel is listed as a four-star hotel. The decoration and facilities are relatively old. Fortunately, it is clean and tidy, and the service is relatively good. However, the staff did not greet me warmly when I encountered it. This is still far behind some five-star hotels. The food in the hotel is okay, but the portion is relatively small, and the breakfast variety is a bit lacking, but there are hot and cold drinks, pasta, staple food, desserts, and stir-fry dishes. There is a Shuyou Hotel next to the hotel. The refreshments are rich and taste good. You can buy coupons in groups on **. The premium suite I booked this time was very large, with a master bedroom and a living room, a door in the middle, and two bathrooms. It was quite comfortable. The reason why the hotel did not give 5 points is that I checked in at 4pm on the first day and the room was not cleaned yet. I waited for more than half an hour and checked in at 5pm. The hotel gym and swimming pool were not available for use. The swimming pool stated online that it was under maintenance and could not be used, but the gym did not say that it could not be used. Generally speaking, it is recommended to stay at the Swan Hotel. The price is relatively reasonable. Although it is more than half the price during the Chinese New Year, the location and environment are good. I personally think it is better than the one on Zhongshan Road. You can take a taxi or book a shared bicycle ( There is a parking spot near the hotel), and the assistant manager 1105 in the lobby provides enthusiastic and thoughtful service.

All I can say is this: next time I come to Xiamen, Jin Yan will be my first choice. If I meet relatives, friends or business guests, I strongly recommend choosing Jinyan. Because there is no way! Seeing a smile that comes from the heart and sincerely makes me feel that it is a sense of faith! That is a spirit! ”Legend has it” that Jin Yan will see many Xiamen Airlines stewardesses. Although I have some small expectations, I still know that I haven't seen many good-looking stewardesses in the past ten years. Who would have thought! The staff at various positions at Jin Yan are all handsome men and beauties! I must praise my strong willpower for not picking up the camera to secretly take pictures... Brilliant location, helpful staff, who helped with all belongings, taxi order, provided later check up. Breakfast was rich, full of local food, vegetable, fruit. Whereas we check out on 29th of September ( mid autumn festival ), branch was provided for free. Room equipped on higher standard, perfect gym. Fully recommended for business travellers, who need fast wifi connection.

We recently stayed for 1 night. But we need spend more time in Xiamen for an unexpectedly long time. So, back to this hotel and stayed a few more days. We received a very warm welcome at check-in and a welcome back gift in the room. Beautiful room with a wide and nice view, good desk to do the work and a lovely sofa to relax. Neat cleaning of the room every day. We gratefully made use of the Continental Club on the 8th floor. Very tasty, high-quality and delicious food. The furnishings feel like a living room where you immediately feel at home and at ease. The wait staff is professional and friendly with an appropriate distance. The hotel manager and the relationship manager made an effort for a personal conversation. Very attentive. Sufficiently qualified restaurants and lobby for your high tea with friends or business meetings. Highly recommended.

The room is great and comfortable…the service and attitude of the staff is excellent and they speak good English. The bath and view from the room are also very good. Breakfast could be improved with more vegetables and better coffee.

Service: I booked a room for traveling in Xiamen and chose a room with a window. The service of the front desk guy was very good. I checked in quickly and also gave Xiamen specialty snacks. Because I had to work on my last day, I was given a free late check-out. Would never have found the hotel as it's name is Xia Shang Yixiang Xinyu Hotel if not for the help of trip agents connecting me with the hotel via WeChat. If locating by Google map sends you to different location. Address is correct though Though the front desk do not speak English they have been most helpful

The reception at the front desk is normal, and a deposit is required. There is a free min bar for the first time you stay, free coffee and cookies on the second floor, and a free laundry room, first come first served! The room is considered five stars, and the cleanliness is okay! The shortcomings of the beauty are that there is no space, the air conditioner cannot be adjusted, and it is always 24-25 degrees, which is very uncomfortable! However, the body’s physical sensation is 26-27. It affects the quality of sleep. If it can be improved, it will be 100% perfect!
