Overall it's good, but sometimes it's very noisy. At around 1 o'clock in the evening, the KTV downstairs was so loud that I woke up for a full hour. I stayed on the 7th floor and the sound was quite loud. Fortunately, I brought a noise-canceling headset. The accommodation was good. I stayed there. Several times, there was music in the middle of the night twice

I regret coming to Shengzhixiang so late! It's so comfortable! There are many hot springs in the park, including private hot springs in the family area and special cave areas. The hot springs can also be contracted for an entire swimming pool. The overall service is in place, basically responsive to every request, and fruit will be delivered in the evening! I will recommend my family and friends to come next time!

Go to the hotel entrance and the security guard will guide you to park and help you with your luggage. The little girl who checked in was very enthusiastic, fast and professional. The room given was large, hygienic and very clean.
The breakfast the next day was rich, a buffet, combining Chinese and Western cuisine. I was very full and saved lunch, hahaha
I will stay again next time I come back, highly recommended.

When I checked in, the hotel had a serious operation error. I arranged a room for me. I had already lived in the open room. I gave feedback to the front desk. The front desk was two or three sentences sorry. It was a system problem. I also asked me to change rooms at the front desk. I was very angry and asked the front desk to send me a new room card. The hotel did not do anything to appease the guests anymore, and Yuan can say that the service awareness is very poor.
The hardware of the hotel is OK, the room space is quite large, the TV equipment is very stylish (can be screened by mobile phones), there is a large balcony to dry clothes, the self-service laundry room is very convenient, but the sound insulation of the room is very poor.

WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

He was amazingly polite and I truly appreciated his effort to make our stay as comfortable as can be.
The hotel is amongst the best in the region and I was given a room with sea view.
Highly recommend this hotel to those who love a great view and impeccable service.

The double room was too close to the elevator. I was afraid that our children would not be able to sleep well. If the floor is higher, the view will be better. The room is not very new, some are old. The refrigerator is not cooling. We have a total of 2 families, with children, we are satisfied. RRittzzWe recently stayed for 1 night. But we need spend more time in Xiamen for an unexpectedly long time. So, back to this hotel and stayed a few more days. We received a very warm welcome at check-in and a welcome back gift in the room. Beautiful room with a wide and nice view, good desk to do the work and a lovely sofa to relax. Neat cleaning of the room every day. We gratefully made use of the Continental Club on the 8th floor. Very tasty, high-quality and delicious food. The furnishings feel like a living room where you immediately feel at home and at ease. The wait staff is professional and friendly with an appropriate distance. The hotel manager and the relationship manager made an effort for a personal conversation. Very attentive. Sufficiently qualified restaurants and lobby for your high tea with friends or business meetings.

GGuest UserMy elderly mom and I visited Xiamen for a 5D4N private trip. Booked Millennium Harbourview Hotel again on the 3rd and 4th day stay due to the superb and convenient location.
When we reached the hotel around 4 pm, we were greeted by a hotel staff wearing a black coat. He helped us to push our luggage bags from the main entrance until our room. We really appreciate his kindness.
From the hotel, turn right and walk along the road until you cross the traffic light and reach the end, turn right again until you reach Heping Wharf to onboard the ship for Lujiang night tour. 20 mins walk. There's 2 sessions available, 7.30 pm & 8 pm. It cost RMB109 perpax. The night tour took around 1 hour to finish.
The sky in Xiamen started to get bright at 5 am. If you can wake up early, this is the best time to go out and walk around the hotel surrounding area. It's cool and windy. It's a good time to take photos as only a few people and cars are on the street. It's very peaceful and safe to walk along the road. We didn't see any cat, dog, or birds on the street.
A 30 mins walk to Haibin Park to see the sea and Gulangyu Island. You may also rent a bicycle that is available at the roadside in front of the hotel.
There's many local food roadside stalls available in front of the hospital beside the hotel.
We requested the hotel staff to arrange a taxi to send us to airport T3 during checkout. The whole process took around 7 mins, from checkout until we board the taxi. We really appreciate the front door staff dressed in red uniform to call for the taxi and helped us to upload our luggage bags in the car. The journey to the airport took around 30 mins and cost us RMB50.
I hope the hotel management can consider changing the room mattress as it's too old. The pillow is too flat. Good for sleep but not for resting. The room is very clean, but the wooden headboard frame was sticky when i lay my head on it. The bathroom rain shower head needs a fix as cold water dripping down when i'm using the handheld showerhead.

The room layout is relatively simple, with a washing machine and refrigerator, the bathroom is relatively clean, and takeout is also very convenient. It's my first time living in a loft and I'm not used to it. I get bumped every time I go to bed. The computer is okay and I can play Dota 2 without any pressure.
