Overall nice view relaxing days at the Beach. Breakfast is also possible to eat outside on the terrace, which is very nice with direct ocean view. Breakfat overall very good. Got Room-Upgrade for free at Check-In Rooms are very nice and quiet. What i don`t like is that guests from other Hotel (half price room rate) are allowed to use the Swimming-Pool Facilities at Renaissance-Hotel. This is just not ok and that why there are a lot of families from the other Hotel with several Kids. Very noisy during day-time at the Poo. Also there are only 14 pool lounger available, which is just not enough for two hotels which are using the pool

In this hotel, everyone from the door concierge to the front desk, to the restaurant, to the guest rooms will pay attention to the customers. Their eyes tell you that they know you are coming, but they do not disturb you but make you feel treated. . 1. First-class hygiene: The hygiene of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel is super clean. You can feel that the standard of room service is very high and the room staff are well-trained. Their hard work has achieved the ultra-high hygiene standards of the Waldorf Astoria. The diligent and conscientious attitude of Master Fu and every other cleaning staff made me feel that history is created by the people. 2. Excellent front desk service: Jasmine and Amor, the front desk staff during check-in, were very polite and enthusiastic. They upgraded the room. Jasmine also personally helped carry the luggage to the room. Later, when I checked in many times and checked out, every female and male front desk staff I met, including those who knew their names and those who didn’t, including Jasmine and Alyssa, were patient, thoughtful and courteous. 3. The hotel's private concierge service is efficient and fast: The hotel has a private concierge service, which is not available in other hotels. After adding concierge WeChat, they will reply and coordinate as soon as possible if you need anything. This is a way to provide quick, efficient and comprehensive solutions as soon as possible. 4. The restaurant on the 6th floor of the hotel has a unique design: there are two integrated shapes of ethnic musical instruments and Western musical instruments on the sixth floor. There is also a piano shape made of metal wire. The catering service pays special attention to customers' feelings and opinions, and the service staff is very active in meeting every little request you have. 5. The hotel's facilities are of ultra-luxury design: the room design is relatively novel. I really like the long writing desk, the smooth-moving long chair and the electric lifting curtains. Sitting in front of the writing desk, the curtains slowly rise, and the scenery outside jumps into the room. The eyes are a very pleasant experience. The light green carpet and sofa are combined with pine-colored floors, walls and furniture. The color combination is soft and bright. It is decorated with bright orange writing pads, pencil cases and note holders on the desk. The colors are all earthy yellow warm colors, creating a warm home. Livable feeling. The black floor tiles and wall tiles in the bathroom belong to the cold color system, perhaps to reflect the contrast between cold and warm. However, since it is a dark bathroom, although the lighting arrangement is better, I personally feel that it is still a little dark and not bright enough. However, the cloakroom is large and bright, with plenty of space for luggage, which is very convenient and friendly.

非常划算的民宿！帶爸爸媽媽出來玩，特意選了能住三個人的房間🙌 設施：首先，房間很大，行李箱攤開也不會礙事；房間內設施齊全，有衣櫃、書桌、鞋櫃、全身鏡、冰箱（這個很有用，點名表揚👍）；還有乾濕分離的淋浴和衞生間，衞生條件還不錯，很乾凈的 環境： 首先位置方面：步行200m看到海，跟鼓浪嶼隔海對望；步行50-80m到中山路，吃喝不愁；樓下不遠有一家價格很實惠的水果攤（我超愛吃水果，所以這是加分項😁）；距離500m左右有公交車站，差不多所有景點、碼頭都有線路可以直達，超級方便👍；離地鐵站大概1km吧，這個有點不太方便，走過來的時候上坡下坡還有小路什麼的，拖行李走的很狼狽😂 其次，民宿本身位置很安靜，走廊隔音一般，但民宿房間不多客人也沒多少，所以不影響 服務：服務很到位！有安排很熱心的管家服務，還貼心的提供了遊玩攻略，幫大忙了🌹 唯一需要提但點是，房間的空調衹製冷不能吹熱風，冬天房間實在有點冷，北方人終究還是無法適應南方的冬天😭 這家民宿但性價比真的很高，推薦給預算中等偏下的uu們！

The hotel is in a small lane & can be difficult to find. Put Cube Fruit shop, Shengping Road as your destination & the e-hailing driver will find It easily. The hotel lane is just beside the fruit shop. The place is much better than I expected. It has a Zen-like feel, the deco Instagram-able & the whole place is very clean. It was also very quiet when we were there. The famous Zhongsun Road is just behind it. There are many eateries around the place. A convenience mart is a short walk away. The mattress and pillow are comfortable. There is a washing machine in the public area but we didn't use it. The young guy at the reception during the day was very helpful. In short, the enviroment is like a 4 star hotel.

The room is very clean, like a loft with upper and lower floors. Everything is well prepared. The hotel is located in Nanzhong Square near Zhongshan Pedestrian Street. After eating and strolling around nearby, you can walk directly back to the hotel. It is super convenient. The front desk lady is super nice and also gave us breakfast. Thank you so much.
