Overall nice view relaxing days at the Beach. Breakfast is also possible to eat outside on the terrace, which is very nice with direct ocean view. Breakfat overall very good. Got Room-Upgrade for free at Check-In Rooms are very nice and quiet. What i don`t like is that guests from other Hotel (half price room rate) are allowed to use the Swimming-Pool Facilities at Renaissance-Hotel. This is just not ok and that why there are a lot of families from the other Hotel with several Kids. Very noisy during day-time at the Poo. Also there are only 14 pool lounger available, which is just not enough for two hotels which are using the pool

It was the best hotel in Xiamen, beautiful deco and elegant architecture, fabulous wellness centre. Staffs are very nice and helpful, top notch hospitality service from the team. Room is incredibly stunning, beautiful wooden floor matching with the blue couch, super comfortable beds, elegant marble bathroom with premium amenities. My favorite will be the Peacock Alley Lounge, wonderful ambient and design, hightea is heavenly taste. Breakfast is great and quality with lots of options. I would definitely come back to WAXM.

It is very close to Zhongshan Road, it is very convenient to go shopping and eat, and it is also very close to the seaside road. You can take a walk along the pedestrian street by the sea at night. Go out and walk for one or two hundred meters to Zhongshan Road. If you go to Gulangyu Island to play, you can take the Xiamen Ferry Terminal at night, very close to Zhongshan Road, and walk back to the hotel for less than ten minutes. The room is relatively spacious and the facilities are relatively complete, which is quite good in the homestay. Quiet in the middle of noisy.

The receptionist: Xiao Hai has an excellent customer service, he was super helpful and friendly. He helped me with the bank, made time for my needs: getting food, a sim card, cupping and acupuncture. I never saw that elsewhere. The other receptionist was nice too. The hotel is halfway between Japan and traditional China, I found it pleasant. The shampoo and shower gel are quality based. The laundry was free to use. The salt mint candies on the reception are not to be missed. It is close to Gulangyu island, the harbour is very near. I just missed teabags from local tea fields.

The best thing is for sure the location very central and surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shopping etc. The room design very nice and modern, it was comfortable but it wasn’t very clean to be honest. Staff speaks zero English but I understand almost all the guest are Chinese so they don’t think they need to invest. Even if no English is spoken, staff is nice and communicates via app - they share their WeChat and communication is easy. The very disappointing thing was the breakfast. It was advertised as Chinese and Western but it was 100% Chinese only. I read in some review responses they said that dishes change every day therefore on some days there may only be Chinese food. However, it was really beyond that - there is not even coffee or tea for breakfast! Only soy milk. I live in China and I am used to Chinese breakfast but my friend was very disappointed.

The rooms at Xiang'an Yuehua Hotel are very nice, spacious and bright, with a wide view from the windows. The hotel has a rich breakfast. Because we were going to watch Daolang's Xiamen concert, it was the right choice to stay in this hotel. During the concert, the hotel arranged a car to pick up and drop off, which was very convenient. After the concert, they also prepared seafood porridge for the guests when they returned to the hotel. The service was very thoughtful and meticulous!
