it was my second visit to this hotel. (first visit was 2017)
the hotel is very close to Xiamen Gaoqi airport and have small private beach. Hotel staffs are friendly.
Breakfast of restaurant in 2nd floor is nice, but 1st floor is not recommended
but for my room, room full of smells of cigarette.....
the shower water is too hot, not able to set warm. Toilet water flush is too weak.

I stayed in International Conference centre Hotel one night with my kids. I feel very warm and comfortable and I like this hotel. Great location, great reception, great room service, great breakfast, great welcome security! I feel that the management of the hotel is very good and the staff service is very good. I don't know their names, but I remember their smiles and enthusiasm. I have to wash clothes every day because I take care of my children. Every time I have trouble the room attendants to run around. But they are always smiling and warm service. I have lived on the 19th floors. I know Tim, Eric and Edwin, and two other people who do not know their names. Thank them very much! We had a lot of luggage, so it was very difficult to get in and get out. They were very patient. They helped us take the luggage upstairs when they saw a lot of luggage. A girl, who was very nice, and Miss Zhang, who was a guest of honor, saw that we had too much luggage on the taxi. It solved our big problem and made us very touched! Thank you, Miss Zhang! Thank you, nice hotel!

The room was very clean and spacious. Most importantly, the front desk lady was very warm and gentle, with a very nice voice. She also sent us segmented locations to prevent us from going the wrong way. We arrived at the hotel very late, and we were given a free room upgrade and breakfast ❤️❤️❤️
In addition, the hotel is very close to the scenic area. It takes five minutes to walk to Sunlight Rock and seven minutes to walk to Gangzaihou Beach. Shuzhuang Garden is next to the beach, which is very convenient. And the scenery is super beautiful!

A very nice hotel! A bit “run down” compared to the other ones we stayed at, but still very well kept and clean. The room was big and spaceous, the bathroom just amazing (we had the room with a bathtub). The staff was nice and the location is good. We did have to order to eat, since there are no restaurants nearby, but this is not a problem for us. The pool was a surprise (we are from Europe), since it is closed for a few hours during the day, and we had to wear a swimming cap. For ladies I also encourage you to wear a one piece - I had a two piece and was quite uncomfortable since every other women was covered up (long sleve shirts and pants). But overall i believe this is a great choice if you are looking for something near the beach, to go on evening walks along the coast. Would recommend!

We spend a nice week in this hotel. We decided to spend a bit more for being more comfortable. I can’t say it was a bad staying but it was not as the pictures, the bedroom was small and there were huge water problems( even with spots on the wall). Anyway, although the really central position, the silence and the peace were kept intact, I appreciate!

If you choose to stay on the island, choose Yangtao Courtyard, it's so comfortable! A big tree covers the entire courtyard. This courtyard is very comfortable. We rested well. The front desk guy was super enthusiastic. He helped with the luggage, told us the story of the courtyard, and gave us a hand-drawn map to introduce us to the surrounding attractions. We chose the twilight tatami, which was very comfortable to sleep on, and the breakfast was also very appetizing. All the services were great. Next time I come, I will choose Yangtao Courtyard~

The room is a loft, the first floor is a very ordinary room, the view is on the second floor. But the second floor is too hot during the day, the ultraviolet rays are too strong, and the night is dark outside, there is no view at all, and the wifi signal is very poor.
The room is far from the sea, not a real sea view room. The rooms are all under construction on both sides, and they are not beautiful. The outdoor balcony is old, basically nothing, and the wooden floor is not flat.
Not worth more than 1,000, very disappointed.

This is new motel in Gulangyu, motel is on second floor, first floor is a tea cafe. The male reception helped us to carry our luggage upstairs. Room, bedsheet and towels are clean, but don’t know why the toilet smeel stinky. Motel have a modern and automatic system. The breakfast is simple with porridge plus some condiments, steam egg, banana and corn, suit for cool morning in Gulangyu.

Nice views of the harbour, but a bit of a journey to most of the local attractions. Rooms are about what you'd expect from a place like this. Overall...pretty average. Could probably do better at the price point, but could definitely do worse.

GGuest UserThe annual gathering with my bestie was scheduled in Xiamen this year. Gulangyu is a must-see attraction. From the beginning, I decided to stay for one night. After choosing a hotel, I decided to stay in Linghai because it was too close to the beach, less than five minutes' walk. The hotel also provided flip-flops for going to the beach.
The luggage pick-up was also very punctual, and afternoon tea was also thoughtfully reserved after advance communication. The service of the brothers at the front desk was very good.
There are a few suggestions. Because it is a seaside villa, plus the geographical location, there are a lot of mosquitoes. In addition to the mosquito repellent spray, you can actually add a dose of Fengyoujing or floral water. We brought the spray, but we did forget to bring Fengyoujing, and we were bitten all the way.
Another bathroom shower should be equipped with a barrier curtain, otherwise the whole bathroom is full of water, and the defogging effect is average.
When I finally looked at the order, I found that I had exchanged the points for welcome fruit, but there was no fruit in the room. Hahahaha, but there was also fruit reserved in the afternoon.
I am very satisfied with the hotel and recommend it to everyone

AAnonymous UserWe enjoyed an incredible stay at the Swiss Grand in Xiamen. The location is excellent, offering beautiful views of Gulangyu from the bedroom. It is also within walking distance of Zhongshan Lu where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The 25 metre pool is fantastic. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and delicious! The Chinese restaurant downstairs is absolutely delicious, offering a innovative interpretations of traditional dishes. While the staff are helpful and courteous, there is a lot of room for improvement. In particular, I asked for help to get the ferry schedule and ferry tickets to Gulangyu and was told to go to the ferry terminal.

XXiaobailongailvxingThanks to Lucy Zhou, our trip was even better. The hotel is right next to our business office. There is a sister restaurant downstairs, which is also delicious. Our room has a beautiful view of the seaside, and the sky is beautiful at six in the morning. The hotel's breakfast is shared with Marriott, and the products are very good. Hotel is at a great location right next to Zhong Shan Rd Pedestrian Shopping street… lots of great restaurants and shopping very pleasant safe experience with lots of security guards around. Just eat at places with price menu and shop at places with fixed prices, you will go no wrong!
