Hotels in Tumen Area, Xi＇an

I couldn't recommend this hotel more. Leo and Oscar, the English speaking reception staff, met us with such warm welcome and couldn't do more to help us. From making some phonecalls when we needed translation help, to adding on an extra meal as a gift, they really did go above and beyond. Oscar and Leo and the staff really made this hotel stay special. In addition, the hotel food was lovely, the rooms clean and we'll equipped. A good place for site seeing too. It really has been wonderful. Thank you.

I booked a business suite once before, which is very good. The room is relatively large and the facilities are well furnished. There are two bathrooms and I feel very good, so I chose this place this time. This time, I was disappointed. The room was big and empty with only one bathroom. The toothbrushes in the toothbrush box were soaked in water. There is no USP charging port in the room, nor is it equipped with a charging cable like last time. Call the front desk to change the room and ask for a new reservation. I brought the charging cable and let me find a charging plug, but said let me scan the code at the front desk to get the power bank. The last time I checked in, the room configuration service details were in place and left a good impression, but this time, in addition to The larger the room, the more like an ordinary express hotel. In the afternoon, I put the room card at the front desk and told me to check out if you don't get the room card at a certain time! ...

Come to Xi'an for 6 days. A family of four stayed in Orange Crystal, H Hotel, and finally went to Wutong Apartment Hotel. The whole family was very satisfied with this apartment hotel. The decoration of the room reflects the full sense of design, and the space is very large. It is not an exaggeration to describe it as spotless. I have never taken a bath in a hotel, so I couldn't help but take a bath. The hotel ladies and brothers, including the aunts in the restaurant, all have a great service attitude. You can order food and deliver it to the room if you don't go out at noon. The price is fair and the taste is delicious Yes, except that the variety of breakfast is a bit limited, and it is a bit far to take a taxi to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, everything else is basically full marks

Parking is very convenient and free. The hotel environment is very good and clean. The little girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic. I see the family I bring for free upgrade. The service attitude is very good. The main elevator is very safe. I feel very comfortable and satisfied. I will choose this store next time I come to Xi'an. 😊

Location is very good.. all staff very friendly.. the king size bed can fit 3 people very large.. have free laundry service.. there are many shops next to the hotel (but closed after 11pm i think coz everytime i back to hotel at 12am the street is dark)..

I was very happy with this hotel. It’s beautiful inside. Nice big, spacious room. Very reasonably priced food and mini bar. Location is great, right in the centre and a metro stop right outside. Would stay here again.

Located inside the city gate near the clock tower and the subway station. Wifi is provided, but there is some obstruction on certain apps and webs. Room size is ok for me, self service free laundry and heater is located in the 2nd floor. Breakfast is served at floor 1 and there is a refillable water also. Free fruits and welcome drink which is send by the robot.

First and foremost , I was impressed by the hotel strategic location. I was immensely impressed by Mr Doug at the front office. Although he spoke little English, he was extremely helpful and assisted me to setup the payment system using WeChat . Mr Doug went beyond the call of duty to further assist me booked several transportation services. I would give him Five Stars and recommend ibis styles Xi’an based on his performance. Very friendly staff, great reception with great care, nice, clean and convenient to bell tower, Xian wall South gate and Zhonglou metro station line 2 and 6. Highly recommended.

The very best experience from our long trip (18 days) across China. The facilities are very cosy and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and professional. The English speaking level is very high. Andy Song was really helpful for all kinds of requests. The breakfast is great. The place is quiet which is rare in such a big city. Amazing place, strongly recommended. Sofitel in Renmin Square will be our next destination in Xi’an.
