I had a good experience staying at this hotel this time. The location of the hotel is very advantageous. There is a subway station just outside the hotel door. It is very convenient to go to attractions. The parking lot is in the square in front of the hotel. The front desk staff Pan Hui and Xu Ziying did their job well, the service was attentive, and the check-in speed was very fast👍The room was cleaned very clean, and the breakfast variety was not rich and needs to be improved.

The kids room and the bed was super cool. Other then that the service was very friendly and we can highly recommend the Hotel. On arrival we got some fresh fruits, the furniture was great, breakfast had everything and all was fresh. They allowed us to have a late check-out without being charged. This is my second time staying here. The environment of the hotel is outstanding, with a huge garden where I can stroll around for a long time. It was originally part of Liyuan, but now it is also separated by a gate. The housing facilities in the old building are relatively old and new, and there are no balconies. It is recommended to live in the new building in Building B. If you book a package, you will receive travel photography and Liyuan tickets. The little girl at the front desk was very nice. Seeing that we didn't want to go to Liyuan, she took the initiative to suggest that we switch to boat tickets to Yuantouzhu. Travel photographer Feifei took a lot of great photos for me in half an hour, which was great! Attached picture 🌷

After an initial hiccup with the first hotel booking, Trip.com customer service helped me to find another hotel close to the first one. Marriott Hotel Wuxi Luneng was that one. And it really helped to recover what had been a not too good start to my weekend in Wuxi. I stayed in a Premier Lakeside King-size room. As the name suggests it has a balcony giving a great view of the Yuantouzhu scenic park and Lake Taihu. The room itself is best described by photos and I will save me typing too much. I had the breakfast which has a lot of choice and if you have time you can relax in there for a while and make it a brunch. There is a 7x24 gym on the B1 level, a swimming pool and sauna too. All in all I recommend this as a good hotel to stay for a long weekend to see Yuantouzhu scenic park (only a five minute taxi drive away) and other areas of Wuxi.

The hotel is in a new area, surrounded by high-rise buildings. The room is indeed very large. I took a rough measurement out of curiosity. The guest room is about 30 square meters. Including the small walkway and bathroom, it is estimated to be 48 square meters. Adding other public stalls, it is about 68 square meters. The table looked clean at first glance, but it was a bit sticky to the touch and had to be wiped with tissue paper and water. I took a shower at night and found that the floor towel was very dirty. It was probably the dirtiest floor towel I have ever seen. I wonder if it was not washed? Still too old? I see there is a washing machine in the guest room. Are guests required to wash it themselves? I don’t have many opportunities to stay in hotel apartments, and I don’t know the rules here. Except for the two hot dishes, the color of the breakfast was not very good, but the rest was okay. There was a machine that made yogurt. I thought it was an advertisement posted on the machine, but I didn’t expect that what I drank was actually yogurt.
