晚上到酒店未經過同意給我換了別的房型，發現房型不對，打電話給前台，説是給我升級了精選豪華大床房。但是看了一下精選房配有浴缸，面積也大很多，客服安排給我們的應該是降了級，入住的是豪華大床房。再次詢問前台，説什麼我們那種房型空調壞了，但可以換回去。過了十幾分鍾才有服務人員過來帶我們去換房間。
