The hotel is unexpectedly good, because I brought two babies, we upgraded the sun suite for free, and also provided baby toiletries. Many of the layouts inside are very suitable for traveling with babies. There is a sink suitable for the height of the baby, and a bathtub. The disposable bath bag is intimately provided. Of course, there is also a reason to mention that I chose this hotel. The playground on the sixth floor is really a hotel suitable for parent-child travel. The price is super high. It may be because it has just opened. I don't think there will be such a favorable price in the future. Haha.

We had a really spectacular stay at this hotel. I chose it because it looked like it would be a home away from home and it certainly was. So much so that we intend to stay here again. The staff were super polite and helpful especially in the restaurant and they spoke English. They quickly made accommodations for us to get us another broth and informed us of what wouldn't match our dietary restrictions. And the noodles, spring chicken and chocolate pastry were sooo tasty. 😊 Much respect to Eason and the team.😊
The room was very spacious and clean and carries a line of toiletries that I am quite fond of🥰
The location is literally meters away from Nanchang Walking Street where you can have tea by the riverside. It is also just across from a restaurant village and about 11 minutes from Wuxi railway station. It's also just a straight line distance to The Turtle Head Park so if you feel like riding, you won't get lost.

Great location and super cheap rate! It is close to metro entrance and a very large mall with many great eateries.. My room was large and clean but a bit dated. Breakfast was included with the room rate and was decent. There was enough varieties for both Chinese and western guests. Overall, I was happy with the stay.

I chose this place for a business trip. It is very close to Wuxi Station. It only takes ten minutes if there is no traffic jam. There are many delicious restaurants around. It is also very close to the subway station. It is very convenient to go everywhere. The front desk service is also very good. He greeted me warmly as soon as he walked in and helped with the luggage. We were upgraded to a lake view twin room with a wide view and a great view of Liyuan. The Ferris wheel at Lakeside Park🎡. The housekeeper Xiaolu provided great service and pushed the surrounding tour information as soon as possible. In the afternoon, we followed the instructions to check in at Taihu Star Park and Liyuan near the hotel. The hotel environment is very good, and there was a wedding on the lawn in the afternoon. The Chinese restaurant tastes good too. The breakfast buffet is also good, with a full range of varieties and Wuxi specialty breakfast. In short, I will stay here again next time.

JJacobsWe enjoyed our stay here. The suite was huge and really made us comfortable - and being on the 5th floor we had a lovely view too.
Breakfast was perfectly adequate - fruit, yoghurt, a few pastries, bread, eggs, bacon, sausages, baked beans, and the usual Chinese fare.
The pools and hot springs were lovely too but limited shade at the pools. Because both outdoor pools are completely uncovered, you're swimming in luke warm water by 10am. There is also limited seating - with metal chairs, mostly left in the sun. More shade would make it even better. But the pools are clean and we loved our swimming time. The other thing I found annoying - the hotel is not cheap but you still have to pay an additional fee to rent the floaties - this would be a lovely free thing.
Lunch was reasonable - only a limited choice of Chinese dishes. Dumplings and sweet and sour pork were delicious. Dinner was a bit disappointing. Very few dishes available, otherwise only barbecue. The meat offered was quite fatty and overpriced. Beer was well priced but could have been colder.
Staff were friendly and helpful although no English, so if you can't speak Chinese, this will make it difficult.
We will stay again.

The room was clean and comfortable, but there was no paper towel in the room. I was a little dissatisfied. I stayed for two days and I was not very satisfied with the cleaning. Maybe it was because the boys were cleaning a little casually. Fortunately, there was a phone call at the front desk. It’s also a good attitude to ask for feedback.
Overall it's good, but the service needs to be more meticulous.

TTeresaLocation is superb, convenient to travel to most places of interest with nearby (within walking distance of 100 - 500 metres) many food options (using DianPing app would be an excellent way to look for well reviewed restaurants / services). The building consists of Tower A and Tower B. The hotel is in Tower A with the entrance marked as in the picture (with the green '100', black statue, and M cafe as landmark to guide you to the correct entrance). Check in is on the 28th Floor. Room is huge and well partitioned, comfortable for 2 pax. Kitchen with stove provided but no cooking utensils. Sink comes with regular tap and a water-filter tap. Fridge is spacious. Washer provided too (I didn't use it). Communication with hotel via WeChat which was efficient. Only complaints are: 1. pillows were too thin and 2. bath and WC drainage not so good that the hotel needs to look at solving it. One last personal advice is to opt for lower-mid level room, I stayed on the 16th, coz if staying much higher up, then lift taking may require more time. I forego the night scene for time saving.). Overall, a good experience staying in this hotel.

Location:
It’s is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working.
Service:
We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back.
Amenities:
The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient.
Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

GGuest UserMy wife and parents came to Wuxi to play, and booked a hotel near the hotel. There were a lot of parking spaces. The front desk lady was very efficient. She quickly checked in. When she went to the elevator, she saw that there was a robot delivery service for the first time. It was very advanced. The hotel environment is good, the room is bigger than the chain hotel that has lived in the same price before, I heard that there is a gym.
The next day, I wanted to take the elderly to try Wuxi Xiaolongbao. As a result, I had breakfast at the hotel and it was quite hearty.
Overall quite satisfactory.

WWujunlushiThe hotel is in a good location, very close to Exit 1 of Nanchan Temple Subway Station. It is not too far from Sanyang Square, about a 10-minute walk. The hotel staff from the front desk to the room staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, and they proactively provide children's products. Breakfast is provided, the variety is average, and there is no problem with eating. The room is relatively large, with a tea tasting area, a lot of mineral water, and small snacks. However, there are some problems with the facilities in the bathroom. The water is slow to drain, and the hot and cold water signs in the shower area are reversed, which scalded me. Although the bathtub provides a disposable bath bag, there are no handrails or anti-slip mats on the side. When getting up, it is still quite slippery and easy to fall. And there is only one floor mat, which is not enough. It can be improved appropriately. But overall it is satisfactory.
