Hotels in Taihu Yuantouzhu/Liyuan Scenic Area, Wuxi

An old star hotel with good service, and they are very enthusiastic and answer all questions. The room is quite clean, and you can see the Ferris wheel in the room, which is very eye-catching. The hotel breakfast is still very rich. I recommend the small wontons, and the fried sauce with pickles is also highly recommended. Although it is a topping for noodles, it is still very appetizing to eat as pickles. The hotel is very close to the Xiajiabian subway station, which is very convenient for travel. The subways of Meiyuan and Huishan Ancient Town are basically there. It is also very convenient to go to Vientiane City to buy things and eat. I recommend the Xinwanxin Yinsi Noodle House, just get off at the Grand Theater Station. Of course, it is also easy to call a Didi taxi. It is recommended to drive or call a taxi on Nanchang Street, and it is a long way to take the subway.

We've been regulars here since 2018, visiting once or twice every summer, and have truly grown fond of the place. We absolutely love the hotel's pool – the water is crystal clear, it's very spacious, and it's never too crowded. The staff also consistently provide excellent service. On this visit, we arrived quite early, and our assigned room wasn't ready, which meant waiting for about an hour. However, the front desk attendant was incredibly proactive, coordinating multiple times to resolve the situation. We were eventually moved to a different room and even received an upgrade, which truly demonstrated their exceptional service. I wish I could praise her specifically, but unfortunately, due to my myopia and astigmatism, I couldn't make out her name tag. The housekeeping staff also noticed we were a family of three and thoughtfully provided a complimentary children's amenity kit, which was a very nice touch. The only minor drawback was that the number of sofa seats in the ground-floor lobby seemed to have decreased compared to before, and the air conditioning felt a bit weak, making it quite warm while waiting there. 😂

What was initially a lonely business trip turned into a much more pleasant one, thanks to the receptionist lady with glasses. Perhaps she noticed my sadness and kindly upgraded me to an executive suite! The executive lounge had a wide view, offering a beautiful scene of 蠡湖 Lake. The two ladies working there were warm and attentive! I even made myself an orange C Americano, which lifted my spirits. Breakfast was plentiful, and the Wuxi soup dumplings were quite popular. The coffee was available to-go as well. I look forward to returning again!

Next door is the all-season hotel, the parking lot is quite large, and the charging pile is at the entrance of the all-season hotel. The room is newly renovated, so it is very intelligent. There is a smart small voice device on the wall. Welcome music will be played when you enter the door. The mattress is very comfortable. The temperature of the smart toilet seat is super high, which does not match this summer. As soon as we entered the hotel lobby, the lobby door was open. The waiter shouted at the front desk to order us to close the door. There was no welcome. The first feeling was particularly bad. Breakfast was very simple, there was no bread, no wontons, and the noodles said the last bowl. I suggest that you do not set a room with breakfast, eat a McDonald's breakfast at the door, because this coffee can't say anything. The data and Wi-Fi in the gym can't be connected, and the signal here is particularly poor. I fell at the door at night and asked if there was iodophor at the front desk. The front desk said we didn't have it. Isn't all hotels have emergency medicine boxes? Why don't you have them? Is this irregular?

Very nice hotel with good service. The begining was a bit bumpy as the room was not ready when we arrived at 3pm and information for all services were not given( Breakfast/ Dinner/ Opening hours) . However the staff was nice especially at the restaurant with Xiao Yang. The room has a beautiful lake view. The location is a bit far from the city center but anyway the Typhoon didn't allow us to go outside. Swimming pool is clean and not many people... We enjoyed and left the hotel rested.

I really don't know how this four-diamond hotel got a rating... The room is very small. There is nothing in the extra bed in the photo, and there is no place for a bed. In other words, the room in the photo is larger than the actual room we stayed in. I feel cheated. The soundproofing of the room is not good to begin with, and the people staying there are all old men and women from the tour group. They chat with their doors open late at night and laugh loudly. All takeout can only be delivered to the lobby, and those who live in the back building can only get it in the lobby. The shower water is very difficult to adjust. If you put it in the middle and slightly to the left, it will be scalding, and if you put it in the right, it will be cold water. The waiter is good, and he can deliver whatever you want quickly, but the hardware is too poor. This hotel dares to charge more than 400 a night without breakfast. I am really a big victim. I will never book it again!

I used to stay in standard hotels, but this time I tried this type of hotel for the first time because I brought the elderly and children with me. I had some concerns before coming, but after staying for two or three days, I found that the hygiene and service standards were completely in line with the standards, which made me feel very relieved. Moreover, it is fully equipped with baby toilets, splicing beds, etc., which is not inferior to parent-child hotels that cost thousands of yuan a night (the room area is large, which is more worry-free than staying in MGM) The environment is also very good, with high-altitude views, first-line lake views, and the MixC next to it. It is also only a dozen minutes' drive to Huishan Ancient Town, Nanchang Street and other scenic spots, which is very convenient! And the side of the same building is the Crowne Plaza Hotel, sharing the lobby parking lot. The cost-effectiveness is known by those who understand. It is the first choice for families. I especially want to praise the brother at the front desk. He was very enthusiastic and friendly when he received us to check in and helped with our luggage. On the last day, when it was time to check out, my baby was still sleeping, which affected the cleaning lady. I felt so embarrassed, but he comforted us and told us to wait for the baby to wake up. He was super attentive and considerate. How can there be such a kind person! ! Wow, I'm so touched. This guy at the front desk has increased my favorability towards Wuxi 😭 It's a place with outstanding people and beautiful scenery. I'll come again next time!

Couples travel and basically come here every week. The environment is very good. The color tone of the All Seasons Hotel 5.0 has become softer, changing from the yellow tone of the 4.0 version to a light brown-yellow color, creating a warm atmosphere. The room is equipped with a spacious large table, new tea sets, an integrated TV back panel and an electronic bedside control panel. The light can adjust 4 levels of brightness to provide a personalized experience. The tea table has been redesigned into a large table, providing a more comfortable working and dining environment. Like the Orange Hotel Lohas version and Atour 5.0, the telephone function is cleverly integrated into the panel, which is both beautiful and space-saving. Summary: I personally think that the All Seasons Hotel 5.0 has been improved in details, improving comfort and functionality. For example, the spacious large table and the electronic bedside control panel are well received. The light adjustment function also provides a better personalized experience.

This was my first time staying at the Regent Hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. Buses and subways are conveniently located nearby, making transportation easy. Driving is even more convenient, as you can park right outside. Facilities: The hotel facilities are very new, and I personally feel they are better than those at the Holiday Inn Express. Cleanliness: The rooms were spotlessly clean. I initially thought a hotel of this price range would only be suitable for sleeping, but I brought a large pack of alcohol wipes and wiped them everywhere, and they were spotless. The cleanliness is comparable to major brands like InterContinental and Marriott. Environment: Although small, the hotel is clean and tidy. The laundry room and restaurant are both excellent, especially the upscale tables and chairs. The rooms are also very stylish, with a primary gray color scheme with hints of orange. It's not garbled but still vibrant, a testament to the designer's dedication. Service: The front desk was very friendly, and since we had older children, they upgraded the room. The pickled mustard greens and shredded pork noodles and freshly made pork wontons for breakfast were delicious, like homemade meals. The dining experience was excellent. The waiters were efficient in clearing the table and providing generous portions of both side dishes and fruit. The housekeeping service was excellent. Not only was the room cleaned promptly, but the maid even gave us five bottles of water, citing the hot weather. Two areas for improvement: 1. A clothesline could be added to the shower room for easy drying of clothes. 2. Could the shower door be changed to open inward? Opening it outward after a shower always leaves a lot of water on the floor.

The hotel facilities are very comfortable and the stay experience is very satisfactory! If you are traveling to Yuantouzhu, it is very suitable to relax in the hotel and ride to Yuantouzhu in the afternoon. The swimming and gym facilities are shared with Marriott. The lifeguard is super nice. He actively, enthusiastically and peacefully gave very suitable, professional and warm suggestions to help me improve my swimming skills as a beginner.
