The hotel is very new, with complete facilities, warm service attitude, clean and hygienic. It is suitable for business trips or short trips. Although there is no breakfast, it is convenient to take a taxi and there are many breakfast shops nearby. It is recommended to add some things to the minibar in the future.

My stay here truly exceeded all expectations, and I absolutely have to give them a glowing review! First and foremost, a huge thank you to the staff, who so thoughtfully upgraded our room. Checking in late in the evening, their service and attention to detail were absolutely exceptional. I honestly hadn't expected much, but was completely taken by surprise – my impression of the hotel instantly soared! The upgraded room itself was absolutely fantastic – incredibly spacious with a very practical layout. Both the furniture and bedding felt luxurious and refined, making for an extremely comfortable stay. I slept like a baby, waking up completely refreshed and without any travel fatigue. (Just a minor suggestion: the existing child barrier might be a bit too low for a toddler around 1 year old.) Another small detail that truly warmed my heart: when I casually asked a staff member in the hallway one evening for recommendations on good local food, I was incredibly impressed by their patience. They not only suggested several restaurants popular with locals but also thoroughly described each one's signature dishes and exact addresses. They even clearly explained the most convenient way to get to each spot. Following their recommendations, we definitely didn't hit any duds – every meal was fantastic! Overall, this accommodation experience was absolutely perfect. Both the facilities and the service were incredibly satisfying, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

The hotel is very close to Yuantouzhu Scenic Area, parking is very convenient, you can go anywhere by taking the subway at the door, and it is also very convenient to visit the scenic area. It is not far away. Watching the red-billed gulls in Yuantouzhu in winter is really healing. The sunset is also very beautiful. Although it is a bit cold, the scenery is really beautiful. It is worth it. It takes about half an hour to queue up for a boat, but it feels very interesting after getting close to the red-billed gulls. It is worth it! It is recommended to come in the off-season and stay at the Sheraton. It is convenient to go everywhere. The staff are very enthusiastic. The room arranged by Xiao Yu at the front desk is very good. You can also see Huishan opposite. It is clean and has no odor. Come with friends next time. Recommended! ! !

What was initially a lonely business trip turned into a much more pleasant one, thanks to the receptionist lady with glasses. Perhaps she noticed my sadness and kindly upgraded me to an executive suite! The executive lounge had a wide view, offering a beautiful scene of 蠡湖 Lake. The two ladies working there were warm and attentive! I even made myself an orange C Americano, which lifted my spirits. Breakfast was plentiful, and the Wuxi soup dumplings were quite popular. The coffee was available to-go as well. I look forward to returning again!

We've been regulars here since 2018, visiting once or twice every summer, and have truly grown fond of the place. We absolutely love the hotel's pool – the water is crystal clear, it's very spacious, and it's never too crowded. The staff also consistently provide excellent service. On this visit, we arrived quite early, and our assigned room wasn't ready, which meant waiting for about an hour. However, the front desk attendant was incredibly proactive, coordinating multiple times to resolve the situation. We were eventually moved to a different room and even received an upgrade, which truly demonstrated their exceptional service. I wish I could praise her specifically, but unfortunately, due to my myopia and astigmatism, I couldn't make out her name tag. The housekeeping staff also noticed we were a family of three and thoughtfully provided a complimentary children's amenity kit, which was a very nice touch. The only minor drawback was that the number of sofa seats in the ground-floor lobby seemed to have decreased compared to before, and the air conditioning felt a bit weak, making it quite warm while waiting there. 😂

The holiday atmosphere is really strong, the meals are delicious and unique, Xiao Pang is very sincere, treats guests attentively, and the service attitude is very satisfactory. The decoration design style of the hotel is novel and elegant. It has more humanized service than the surrounding hotels of the same price, and the price is affordable and beautiful. I sincerely recommend this hotel!

When I came to Wuxi during the Qingming Festival, I randomly booked the Gloria Hotel, which was very cost-effective. Miss Wang Li at the front desk enthusiastically upgraded our room for free. The hotel has convenient parking, sufficient charging stations, and the room is clean and tidy.

An old star hotel with good service, and they are very enthusiastic and answer all questions. The room is quite clean, and you can see the Ferris wheel in the room, which is very eye-catching. The hotel breakfast is still very rich. I recommend the small wontons, and the fried sauce with pickles is also highly recommended. Although it is a topping for noodles, it is still very appetizing to eat as pickles. The hotel is very close to the Xiajiabian subway station, which is very convenient for travel. The subways of Meiyuan and Huishan Ancient Town are basically there. It is also very convenient to go to Vientiane City to buy things and eat. I recommend the Xinwanxin Yinsi Noodle House, just get off at the Grand Theater Station. Of course, it is also easy to call a Didi taxi. It is recommended to drive or call a taxi on Nanchang Street, and it is a long way to take the subway.

This time I came to Wuxi to participate in the World Youth Fencing Championships🤺 competition. It was my first time staying in a serviced apartment and I felt great. The room was clean and tidy. You can overlook the beautiful scenery of Taihu Lake from the room. There is a 24-hour unmanned store on the second underground floor. The transportation is also very convenient. Metro Line 4 can reach Harbour City in one stop. I tasted delicious food such as Wuxi Xiaolongbao. It is only two stops to the competition venue. Due to the strong wind, the boat to visit Taihu Lake in Yuantouzhu was not open, which was a little regretful. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Wuxi.
