Wuxi Binhu District Hotels

Ctrip 🍃 selected this hotel when traveling in Wuxi, and the stay experience 🏨 was very good. There is a parking lot on the first underground floor 🅿️, with charging piles, which is very convenient for slow charging, and the price is 1.20 yuan/kWh 🍃 (regardless of time period). After returning from the trip at night, I plugged in and charged back to the room, and it was fully charged in the morning, which was very convenient 👍🏻. When I checked in, the front desk lady 👩🏻 upgraded the apartment type to the store. The room was quiet, clean and hygienic. There were welcome fruits 🍎, and the breakfast variety on the first floor 🍚 was also very rich. The front desk lady Li Yun 👩🏻 was warm and friendly 👌🏻, and she could always solve any problem she had. I like it very much 👍🏻, and I will come again 🌹 to stay 😁

Upon arrival, we have very joyful pleasurable welcome by the hotel service personnel. In view of our room is city view, we request to look into if lake view room, how much is require to pay. Mr. Xu, who attended to us provided us with free upgrade, we feel touch and impress. The Breakfast is good and there are full of variety of choices. For dinner, the hotel food is delicious and the service of the waitress is pleasant and friendly. We have a Wonderful stay at the hotel.

Boutique hotel in a big office building. Bath tub and bed were both amazing. Had a great sleep and restful baths. The breakfast was so so but I had a good stay. Service was good. Excellent location. Would stay again.

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose the Holiday Inn Express for its location.my late check-in and 3 nights stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

The second time I stayed there, it happened to be the annual meeting of a company. There were so many people staying on Friday! The elevator was super slow. Only one elevator was operating during the morning peak! I waited for a long time! The elevator was full of people! It stopped on every floor! ! ! The breakfast was not replenished in time. The watermelon 🍉 was all gone, and there were still a few slices left! It's an older hotel. It's more convenient to go to the Mixc next door! It's very convenient to go to Lihu Light!

That was the second time I had stayed at this hotel purely due to its magnificence. I booked a deluxe room and it was perfectly furnished with wood that gave it a scent of retro style unlike many modern and hi-tech hotels. And the lobby of the hotel is another thing worth coming for, it is a pure pleasure and lustre, everything is made down to the smallest detail. The only thing that I was disappointed in was a lack of decent sauna and hammam. There was a sauna but it was tiny - just around 1 by 1 square meters and you had to turn it on and wait for it to warm up, and the hammam, which was just as tiny, didn't work at all. The swimming pool was normal, but there was no jacuzzi section (there was a small separate pool that was supposed to be with warm water, but in fact it was quite cool. Other than that, the breakfast food range was excellent (although not much Western food). I would definitely recommend this hotel for a one or two day stay.

The location of the hotel is relatively easy to find. There is a parking lot and a convenience store downstairs. You can also order takeout and have it delivered to a self-pickup locker. You need to swipe your elevator card to go up the elevator. The room is clean, simply decorated and has basic necessities. There are several points that can be improved, ① The bathroom handle is loose, and the strip on the shower door is sometimes tight and difficult to push ② The projector remote control has no cover, and the device is a bit slow after pressing the buttons ③ If it is a disposable face towel, It is better to prepare more and use it in the morning and evening. 4. The toilet paper is of average quality. 5. There is light leakage from the top of the curtains. It would be better to add a baffle so that you can sleep comfortably. 6. The projection screen can be moved to the right to compromise the viewing angles between the bed and the sofa.

It's an OK hotel due to be a 5 star rating, did i expected more, probably yes. Is it worth? Definitely. the room is spacious and has at least mine, a great view. The free ticket to visit the cherry blossom park was really a nice surprise unexpected. Check in and check out flawless. My rank 3 star on facilities was due parking lot, i spent 15 minutes to find a vacancy lot. Hotel makes probably conventions/seminars and in the end, the guest has to suffer in hunting a parking space (i just knew had other parking area when i checked out, please, the 2 parking space should be connected in some way or better information about the 2nd parking lot).

This hotel exceeded our expectations! We got there late at night and they were very fast with the check-in. The room was lovely and very clean. It got better in the morning as we were able to explore the hotel with sunlight and the gardens and pool are beautiful!! 😍 After an amazing breakfast with a lot of food variety, we enjoyed the haifu experience included in the package. The staff allowed us to borrow two costumes and it was fun! A special mention to Song Hao. He was very nice and helpful. When we checked-out they drove us to the Giant Buddha. Everything in this hotel was 10/10! Hopefully we will come back one day!

The carpet was not that clean and check out was before 2pm but we can’t access our room at 1:15 to get our things after lunch. The SPA experienced was very good. Suggestion to put also 1 staff who can understand English language so if we call for some information on the phone we can understand each other. Great location. Thank you
