We have a great stay. Location is very convenient.Mr. Qian in front desk who assist us been so helpful and friendly to us. We will definitely stay in this hotel if we go back to wuxi.

Great location and super cheap rate! It is close to metro entrance and a very large mall with many great eateries.. My room was large and clean but a bit dated. Breakfast was included with the room rate and was decent. There was enough varieties for both Chinese and western guests. Overall, I was happy with the stay.

I stay at 50th floor, nice view. No building have taller than you. The staff here also do their jobs, which is very good. Shopping around for sight seeing and hang-out after work. Close to the main railway station. Good.

The Octonauts themed room was perfect for my 5 year old, who loves the show! It put him and us in a great mood. The hotel is also so close to the historical street and you don’t even need to cross any streets to get there so it’s very child friendly. Would highly recommend it to families.

Excellent location: The hotel is located in the center of Wuxi, with the subway across the road. The hotel is only a five-minute walk to Suning, Yaohan, Sanyang Plaza and Hang Lung (you can check in to the Internet celebrity toilets)! It takes 10 minutes to walk to Donglin Academy and Xiaolou Lane! It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Nanchan Temple and Nanchang Street, or take a taxi for 8 or 9 yuan! A taxi ride to Yuantouzhu costs around 37 yuan. Basically, the hotel is very convenient for going to all the major attractions in Wuxi! We basically take a taxi because it’s not convenient to park anywhere during the Chinese New Year! 33 Hotel facilities: I was originally worried that the hotel might be too old, but it turned out to be no problem at all. We booked an executive suite with a great view on the 25th floor! The 2 rooms do not interfere with each other! The room is atmospheric, clean, and has no smell 3. The bathroom 🚽 is very functional! Unexpected hahaha! The breakfast located on the 28th floor of the hotel is great! And there was no crazy price increase during the Chinese New Year! Excellent value for money! Service attitude: We arrived in the evening, and the housekeeper Xiaoquan was very considerate. He gave us small pastries, and also gave us very festive red masks and trinkets for the Chinese New Year! The kids like it very much! They even helped us fold our clothes when cleaning the next day! The hotel is in a good location, very close to the Chong'an Temple District, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. There are ground and underground parking lots shared with the hotels next to it. You can park wherever you can. You need to register your license plate at the front desk before going out. The room I booked temporarily on that day was of good size and decent facilities. However, the sliding door of the bathroom was difficult to push and the wardrobe door was a bit worn. It would be better if there was a small coffee table in the room...but it basically meets the needs. , after all, it is an old hotel renovated, and the overall price/performance ratio is relatively high. Bingtang's service at the front desk is very considerate, and Atour's service is worthy of recognition.

I had a very peaceful and relaxing weekend at Grand Park Wuxi hotel. The front desk workers were very kind in assisting me to find a Seafood restaurant to dine. When I was unable to get in my room, I received help within a nanosecond of lodging a complaint. Breakfast was in buffet style, so there were a lot of healthy food choices to select from. Never ignore your health while you are out and about traveling. The gym at the hotel provided me that space to take care of me. They had all the right gym equipment to keep the momentum going as I travel. If I do decide to go back to Wuix, I would definitely choose this hotel. I am sure that you will love it as well.

I was given a handwritten map when I went out for a walk, which was so thoughtful! It's really good. I really stayed here and felt an experience that other hotels don't have. I felt very at ease! The free warm hot porridge and white fungus soup in the evening was so thoughtful. Especially the front desk staff were warm and considerate. They also gave us Year of the Dragon dolls.
