The hotel staff were very friendly, and some could speak English. My hotel room was super clean, including the carpets, linen, and bathroom. In the morning, breakfast was buffet, and there were many choices. The hotel is located in a clean, quiet part of Wuxi City. I also liked the small but well equipped fitness room and the self-service laundry room.

繼上次住宿希爾頓歡朋以後，這次去無錫，依然選擇了歡朋家族。小王的服務非常貼心，與無錫的品質非常匹配。非常喜歡無錫，以後有機會還會再去無錫，非常整潔，温潤的城市，綠化太棒了！公路上月季花隔離帶簡直太亮眼了。景點吧，黿頭渚名頭太盛的緣故吧，沒有預期的好，除了見到了**李聃，沒有太出奇的地方。反而去廣福寺的沿途竹海非常壯觀，印象深刻。萬浪橋讓我們近距離接觸太湖。雖然，太湖大面積在蘇州，但太湖離無錫各個區更近，開發得也更好。酒店照片缺失，加幾張景色吧。

酒店服務很好，前台小王熱情周到，還免費給升級了房間，房間設施齊全，乾淨衞生，房間衞生間都很大，床品很乾凈，質量不錯，軟硬適中，住得很舒服，睡得很安心，酒店早餐豐富又好吃。

前台小葉服務很貼心，預訂好到12點還沒到店，打電話來確認提醒。房間設施比較新，環境衞生乾淨。給要入住的各位友情提醒，冰箱下面的起夜燈很影響睡眠，如果燈光敏感建議睡靠窗邊
