Booked 2 suites for 3 night for New Year’s Eve. We has a one bedroom suite for one, (Venice) and a small apartment for the other. Brand new suites. Has everything you need in it. Kitchen has plates and utensils as well as a dishwasher and fridge. Bathroom has either a shower or shower with tub combo and washing machine. Great internet , clean and comfy. Area is next to main square and across the street a main mall Lots of stores downstairs to do groceries or basics. There is parking available at the hotel. The staff are what makes the place even better. Very helpful and we will definitely return.

We booked three rooms here through a booking site on a no refund, no change deal. It was excellent value for money. Then, one of the group wanted to change the date. We dealt directly with the hotel and it was no problem at all. Rooms were warm, comfortable and quiet. Check in efficient and friendly. We didn't have breakfast. Parking is about 300m away. For the price, this is an excellent place to stay. I would definitely choose it again.

Completely overrun, standing for hours at the reception, rooms are only available in the evening, no parking in the parking house is available for guests ( is used as a public parking house).
So who wants to stay here at Christmas time should look for a quieter hotel. €30 more is worth it in any case. Unfortunately mass dealing . The rooms are clean and ordened and the staff will try their best.
Ps. Who books Trip.com should be careful that the booking settings do not change during the booking process. The price changes and you are there without breakfast. After two attempts, we had decided to book breakfast on site, price was still acceptable.

Hotel is in a perfect location , close to lots of restaurants, bars abd attractions. Reception staff are friendly and helpful and rooms spotlessly clean. One thing that marks hotel down is breakfast which is poor. Coffee cold, only choice of tea on our 2nd and third days was fruit or green. We did ask if there was any English breakfast tea or Earl Grey as there had been on the first day but was advised no. Strange seeing as it had been available on the first day abd in the rooms. We bought Earl Grey down from the rooms on the 3rd day . Buffet very limited compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Poland and not hot. Such a shame as breakfast does not match the standard of the rest of the hotel.

The hotel is fantastic. All was perfect from the localization (back to the cathedral), accommodation (nice room with great view and wonderful bed), tasty breakfast and helpful staff. The view from the well-kept spa is an incredible and unforgettable. However, to be an idealistic one it should be adult only or +16 (as an option spa should be open only for adults). Moreover, the spa should be open at the morning (6-11 am) and afternoon (4-11 pm). On Mon-Sat it works at 4-9 pm only.

The Hotel was a very clean comfortable and perfectly located hotel just around the corner from the Christmas Market. The staff at the hotel was very friendly from checking in to checking out and returning later to collect our luggage as they had a room for us to leave it for few hours as we waited for our flights. Didn’t eat in the hotel as we were spoilt for choice with restaurants and cafés all around us. Great hotel for a stay at a very reasonable price I was very pleased with everything and definitely value for money and would recommend and hopefully visit again in the future.

We have stopped here because of quite close location to old market square. 30 minutes by walk so not bad. They have also large parking where you can leave your car without worrying. Extra paid. Breakfast very simple, could be better quality but hotel was quite cheap so you get what you pay. Room simple and quite small as well. Next time in Wrocław will probably choose different place.

GGuest User(+) Friendly stuff speaks English. We were offered the executive room at the top floor at the price of the standard. Room includes A/C, Mini Bar, large TV, great lighting, large bed with good mattress, many bathroom amenities, hairdryer, ironing equipment, bathrobe, slippers and more. Brekfast was awesome, one of the best we've ever had. A few of activities for children are aavailable, such as a small inner playground for the younger ones and video games and table soccer for the older ones. Parking is available inside the hotel's area with a fee of aroung 15 euros. We would happily stay again during our next road trip!

GGuest UserNice hotel with modern, compact rooms. Had everything we needed (including a hairdryer) and was a good price. The only negative was that we stayed during a particularly hot period and the air con didn’t work. When we spoke to reception we were advised that the air con was installed in the room but not included in the room type we had paid for which was disappointing. The location was perfect for the old town and the tram stop, with shops, bakeries and restaurants right next door. Thought the room may be noisy as it was facing the Main Street but it was fine. Would recommend.

何何The first trip to Poland was also the first time to stay in Ibis. Very good experience. The front desk smiled very sweet. We recommended the local delicious food and wrote it to us. The hotel room is also very clean and simple. It is my favorite style away from the central square. Usually take 15-20 minutes to eat and then come back very convenient to recommend their home breakfast jam marmalade super delicious

GGuest UserWe spent 1 night at Arche Hotel at tgecrbd of April 2023. The hotel is the closest to the airport, easily reached on foot or one bus stop from the terminal. It is a recent and modern property, quite anonymous from outside but with nice American industrial loft style inside! Our standard room was quite nice, though not the largest, with a kettle and 2 bottles of water on offer. The bathroom is quite small but functional for a short stay. Breakfast is really wonderful considering the hotel category: you get a really rich buffet plus hot dishes made to order, a really nice touch! Staff are all very young nice and professional . The best choice for an early departure or late arrival into Wroclaw and very convenient to reach che city centre by bus, the stop is just opposite the hotel!

GGuest UserPros - Central Old Town Hotel - Very Clean - Warm - Excellent Customer Service - this cannot be highlighted enough. The staff were the best thing about the hotel. Anything they could help us with was done pleasantly, and with a 'Happy to help' attitude. Anything they couldn't help us with (no uk/EU adaptor), when we came back to the hotel later that day, they had found one for us. They ordered us taxis, recharged our phones for us after we had checked out, printed route on map, etc. A++ for Customer Service. -Breakfast, was delicious and hearty. Some healthy options - salatka, salad, ham, tomatoe, cheeses, fruit salad but also hot sausage, and warm sweet cream-cheese pancakes. Croissants, bread rolls, rye bread, butters, jams, honey, Cereals, mueslies, yoghurt. Nice coffee machine, nice selection of teas, selection of juices. Cons - The hotel bedrooms were a little dated, but clean and comfortable. That's it.. There really were no 'cons'.

BBrummig07This hotel hates trees and loves concrete. Its whole property is either concrete or stones. With an exception of a few thin tall shrubs in front. Terrible if your room is facing the car park in the back or its (dark brown..) windows come out onto the hot black roof. A couple of very nice guys at the reception, but most others just indifferent. Cleaners come in regardless of Do Not Disturb, even early in the morning. Beware. The rooms are HOT.. impossible to sleep in without the fan on and every room has one, seemingly.. rooms come with kettle and supposedly some coffee, tea and bottled water. Yet, upon check in, there was just one stick of coffee and one teabag per person per night.. Are you guys serious? For 24 hours? When you ask the next day, you also get exactly the same amount.. come on.. There is no rubbish bin in the room.. just in the bathroom. Toilet seat is so high up most people will have their legs dangling.. The noise at night is quite bad so most probably you'll need to keep the windows shut.. there are few nice little greengrocers round the corner to get fresh fruit etc from. This hotel has NO BAR whatsoever. If you'd like a quiet drink before bedtime, you'll need to look elsewhere.

GGuest UserHaving read previous reviews and browsed the photos we knew the hotel was somewhat dated in appearance, but this was not a problem. However, it is 5 minutes walk from the Old Town and on the main tram route. The downside is that the trams are extremely noisy, and if you have a room overlooking the road you will certainly hear them. Rooms are dated but clean and the buffet breakfast very good (coffee is excellent). Breakfast room is quite compact for a large hotel, so you have to pick your time. One issue we had was the lack of a bar for an evening drink. The bar only appeared to be open while the restaurant was serving in the evening. Good value for money and we would certainly return, but with courtyard facing rooms.
