Truly fantastic breakfast with EVERYTHING. Big, airy room, comfortable bed. Very enjoyable stay. It's a long way from the centre but the tram is OK. Cleaning was a bit half-hearted and the shower leaked.

This hotel hates trees and loves concrete. Its whole property is either concrete or stones. With an exception of a few thin tall shrubs in front. Terrible if your room is facing the car park in the back or its (dark brown..) windows come out onto the hot black roof. A couple of very nice guys at the reception, but most others just indifferent. Cleaners come in regardless of Do Not Disturb, even early in the morning. Beware. The rooms are HOT.. impossible to sleep in without the fan on and every room has one, seemingly.. rooms come with kettle and supposedly some coffee, tea and bottled water. Yet, upon check in, there was just one stick of coffee and one teabag per person per night.. Are you guys serious? For 24 hours? When you ask the next day, you also get exactly the same amount.. come on.. There is no rubbish bin in the room.. just in the bathroom. Toilet seat is so high up most people will have their legs dangling.. The noise at night is quite bad so most probably you'll need to keep the windows shut.. there are few nice little greengrocers round the corner to get fresh fruit etc from. This hotel has NO BAR whatsoever. If you'd like a quiet drink before bedtime, you'll need to look elsewhere.

The service was ok, although our booking was not visible through the travel app, we waited 2.5 hours behind the room instead of having fun in the city, as an apology, we got free parking 😁 delicious food, plenty of choices, no White cheese, delicious coffee. Overall a great hotel

I chose the hotel because of the location. It was perfect for me. The rest didn't look so well anymore. I got hit after the first hot weekend. Outdoor 30 degrees on plus. The air conditioning worked, but the windows out to the BP station were very sunny. You can still put the crates in, but it would be better to just air the room. Unfortunately the windows are permanently closed .The double room per person is OK , but at the two will be tight . Bathroom without charge and even on plus . Breakfast [ still brought to the room ] very average . ”Artificial” raisins and bad cheeses . For the heat to choose a steam or egg . I chose this second , but the room was reported to the room was at most summer . For this large selection of sweet cookies [ very bad ]. it is some kind of attraction , but I didn't even have time to use it . Clean and proper service , but I wouldn't go back to this place .

The hotel has no feature to be taken out before, but if you plan to stay for a short period, there is a place where you can be problemless. The reception was very interesting, they worked very quickly and honestly on the taxi. There was no minibar in the room but they gave it without problems when we wanted the ice. It was a night stay in total, but we didn't experience any problem, breakfast was enough and room cleaning was very good ...

Czysty hotel. Jak za te pieniądze to w porządku. Szkoda że za parkowanie pod biedronką na niestrzeżonym parkingu trzeba płacić 40zł za dobę.

A party was held at the hotel, but it must have been for a relative of the owners because it got out of hand and the pardon did nothing. It was held on the ground floor, but at midnight they started playing disco music at full volume, and I say this because the wall of my room and the mattress were vibrating. I went down to reception at 00:30 and you can see that the doors and windows of the bar were open so that the sound was coming up the stairs into the rooms. There were people not only on the ground floor, but also on the first floor talking and drinking and, as I said, listening to the music that was at full volume. When I got to reception and talked to the girl, she told me that she couldn't do anything and that the party was until 3:00. I understand that parties are held in hotels, but always trying to minimize the impact on the guest. In this case it was the opposite, it was as if those at the party had carte blanche and did everything possible to disturb (doors and windows open; disco music at exaggerated volume). If they are going to organize events of this type, they could notify when the reservation is made, or not accept reservations that day. It was without a doubt the worst night I have ever spent in a hotel. Furthermore, I was traveling with elderly people who were also unable to sleep, not until 3:00, but until later due to the state of nerves that left them spending three hours feeling the sound and vibrations of the bass of the music.

Large floor-to-ceiling windows plus points, large space plus points, parking charges are too high, 100 Polish dollars a night

My partner and I visited the city for 3 nights and the apartment exceeded our expectations. We booked a river view that overlooked the university (apartment 8) and would highly recommend. Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who guided us to our apartment in a separate building across a small bridge. There were secure fob accessed buildings, stunning lobby and lift area, with some striking artwork. When entering the apartment I was amazed - the apartments are spacious with views of the river all around. The university is lit at night until 10pm. The kitchen amenities were high quality & new. Coffee, tea and water were refreshed everyday. The bedroom overlooked the river and trams in front of the university. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend taking ear plugs as you can hear the trams and traffic unfortunately, but appreciate this is unavoidable. Upon checkout everything was simple and the receptionist gifted us some chocolates before wishing us a safe trip. I would 100% recommend this stay and hope to return one day.
