The location is good and that's it. The staff is horrible and not helpful at all. We asked for a fan because it's too hot and is impossible to open the window because of the noise, they said they don't have it anymore. Reminder this place has around 10 rooms. The internet was highly unstable and staff was rude. Don't recommend at all.

The hotel is located a few hundred meters from the bus stop 106 which is the one that takes passengers from the airport directly into the city. Just cross the road and you find yourself in Piazza del Sale, so right in the center, I never had to take a bus to get around. The staff was always friendly and helpful, keeping my luggage at their reception both at my check-in and check-out. The room was on the top floor (with elevator), comfortable, clean, very spacious, the towels were changed every day. I can't say anything about breakfast as I hadn't included it among my purchase options. I can only recommend this hotel, a truly excellent structure!
