This is a rubbish hotel. The room is full of dust. I had already booked and paid online, but when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff asked me to pay again. The staff couldn't even process the refund, and asked me to show a lot of personal privacy information. I couldn't get a refund, it's really a terrible hotel. Black-hearted merchants, it's best not to choose their hotels when traveling.

Only stayed the one night, but had an enjoyable stay. Had a standard room, but very spacious. Comfortable bed and pillows. A little to the east of the city, but 10-15 mins to nearest train station - Kings Cross/Museum/St James. Bus across the road, couple of pubs and Woolies nearby. Well equipped gym; sauna and steam room. No pool though. Lovely staff.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spacious with a large, comfortable bed, and the bathroom was equally impressive. I was on the third floor with a street view, and although there were some daytime noises, it was mostly peaceful. If you want better views, consider choosing a higher floor.
The room was clean and cozy, and even though they cleaned it every 3 days, they made sure all amenities were well-stocked. The Woolworth Metro next door was incredibly convenient, and Hyde Park was just a 2-minute walk away. Plus, all the shopping malls were within a 15-minute walk. This hotel's central location made everything easily accessible. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed staying at the hotel. The staff was friendly. The only negative I can think of is: no water bottle was available in the room and you need to buy it yourself (everyday).

The room is quite spacious, the hotel front desk service is particularly good, and it is convenient to travel around. It is within walking distance of attractions such as the Sydney Opera House.
