I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spacious with a large, comfortable bed, and the bathroom was equally impressive. I was on the third floor with a street view, and although there were some daytime noises, it was mostly peaceful. If you want better views, consider choosing a higher floor. The room was clean and cozy, and even though they cleaned it every 3 days, they made sure all amenities were well-stocked. The Woolworth Metro next door was incredibly convenient, and Hyde Park was just a 2-minute walk away. Plus, all the shopping malls were within a 15-minute walk. This hotel's central location made everything easily accessible. Highly recommended!

Didn't eat breakfast, when I went, it was just a little taste. But the front desk is super welcoming, and it helps us to mention the luggage and recommend us a fun place. Very nice view from our room widows. There are full of different types restaurants on the ground floor. But If you close the window, the sound proof is excellent which I typically want to recommend. Stuffs are friendly and helpful, willing to give you recommendations if you are first-time visitors. They even wrote a welcome card. They have a ballroom here just opposite the reception, holding different personal events every night. I like the vibe which means it's popular place and safe. The hotel is friendly to those who travel with dogs. They have special bed and food for dogs. But we didn't need it and the dog net door barked very early in the morning. We were OK with it. At the other aspect, the hotel goes too much. The breakfast is allllll for vegetarians. Yes, all. As a guest, you are left with no choice. This is the only point that I particularly hate. Be whatever you like, just don't push others to do the something, especially when you are running a business.

Great location and great people. For the price it is very good. Points of criticism: - If you have the upper bed, you don't have a socket on the bed. You may be lucky that there is an extension cable - there are no curtains on the beds. So zero privacy

This is my first time at the original backpacker. Answer my phone call when I was late check-in, the guy was very polite. Reception - very friendly and helpful show me around. Location - convenience at King Cross with 2 supermarkets, food shop, shopping centre. Friendly roommates with all women. Other backpackers are very respectful. No noise after midnight. I'll be back😊

The room is simple and comfortable. The Chinese-speaking beauty at the front desk was very nice and explained the parking arrangements in detail. Location in King’s Cross is good. A budget option with private room and shared bathroom. Bathrooms generally clean. Rooms are run down. Service is quite bad- misplaced booking, no one at registration counter during office hours.
