Hotel is very nice and they even prepare breakfast for us the bring over to Mt bromo when we tell them we going there to watch sunrise.

Clean, good desk for working. Tasty breakfasts. Pool is pokolen, so more for decoration as far as I'm concerned. Gym is good.

My personal opinion was
1. The front Office lady was unfriendly.
2. No face towels inside to toilet.
3. The color of Towels n floor mat look unclean, water faucet stained.
I really Wonder if it's a 5 star hotel with that kind of standard????

The cleanliness of the hotel is good overall. The location is a little far from the city but it’s close to the airport.

One positive thing is that the service is excellent. Staff is positive, friendly & somewhat helpful. However, cleanliness & room maintenance can definitely be improved.

nice and clean hotel, location is very convenient to all the malls and tourist attractions. poor reservation management, once booked cant change the date, not flexible
