It's a bit far from Windsor Castle, but not too far. It's good, but I didn't check in in time, so I checked out again。quiet town environment

Where to start. I should have known when I went into the room and the blinds where up side down . This "hotel" is under a flight path and on a busy road so if u enjoy your sleep maybe go else where. The 1st morning of my stay the toilet over flowed and there was feaces everywhere we couldn't use the bathroom and there was no alternative. Informed maintenence he said he would sort it. Took them over 24 hours to send a cleaner. That night the maintenence guy had a party in his room that went on till 2 or 3 am. I had to text and ask him to close his windows. Day 2 woke to a loud screetching noise coming from the cistern which went on for over 5 minutes the property said they can find no fault yet I have video evidence. I gave the accommodation many opportunities to sort this out and was given a 50 pounds refund I paid 340 for 3 nights. I've stayed in hostels which were better organised. It would be such a great wee place with some minor improvements.

The bed was so comfy, there was plenty of space in the room and a lovely shower. There was a large car park and very friendly and helpful staff. Could hear planes from Heathrow but was not a problem. Accommodation was linked to the pub but felt separate to the pub. Excellent communication via phone and email. Would recommend.

We stayed for one night and paid £80 per room, which was very reasonable for the location. Upon arrival, we discovered someone else’s belongings in one of our rooms. We went to the pub to resolve the issue, and the gentleman apologised, provided a key for another room, and assured us he would check that no one was in there. This was concerning, as you would expect a booking system to track room occupancy. I felt a bit unsafe, worried that someone might enter my room, especially since the room was accessed externally. Although the rooms had been recently renovated, the paintwork seemed rushed. The pub is on a busy road, and the rooms are opposite the beer garden, which was noisy with people drinking and smoking. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, the bedding was clean and fresh, and there was ample parking.

This place is just FANTASTIC!! We happened to find the Prince Albert purely by accident but we were incredibly lucky!! From the minute we picked up the phone to make our reservations to the end of our stay, our experience with this lovely establishment and its staff was just perfect! Their staff are lovely, so friendly and very accommodating! The room itself was so comfortable, spotless with a super comfortable mattress and beautifully decorated. The hotel is connected to the pub, which is cozy and serves up some delicious food. The location is ideal in Windsor, there is a bus that takes you directly into Windsor. We were there with our 2 little doggies, yes Prince Albert is pet friendly😀😍and we had a very very nice stay. I highly recommend this gem of a place - thank you so much Gillian and staff for your wonderful generosity and warm welcome❤️

Stayed here with my family recently. Great hospitality. Clean rooms , bathroom and great food downstairs. Management was very attentive and made sure we are comfortable at room and downstairs when ever we had dinner or drinks. Highly recommended

Check in worked well and the communications are fine. Room is clean and freshly decorated and the bed is comfortable enough. Room was however very stuffy as there were no opening windows. Shower thermostat was installed wrong way round (turning to hot gave cold water) and was impossible to adjust to get a warm shower so could not have one. Shame. If shower had worked it would have been a higher rating. Oh.

A substandard hotel with horrible management. Staff partying until 3 or 4 am. But management denied this even though I have evidence Beside a busy rd amd directly under a flight path. Breakfast not available the closest place is 20 minutes walk away. Falsely advertised. Ideal for mad hen party or stag. Definitely not for family's.
