地理位置不錯，但沒有電梯。有付費停車場，自駕友好。早餐不錯，參觀温莎城堡很方便。如果要參加温莎城堡，有不想太趕，是一個不錯的選擇。

外部環境服務都挺好，就一點，房間有點小，尤其面盆，A 4紙大小，並且置物架在面盆上方20 cm左右完美的覆蓋了一半面盆，洗臉完全沒有辦法在面盆上方，洗臉水衹流到外面地上，實在是不舒服

Great location and lovely hotel. Parking very expensive though. We asked for a room with a view but were put in an annex at the back with no view. That was a little disappointing.

From beginning to end of our visit the staff were the ones the shone through. Impeccable level of service and general friendliness made our stay very pleasant indeed. The hotel couldn’t be better situated within the ancient old town of Windsor. We only went to the restaurant for breakfast and this was also at a very high standard. Would recommend to other families

優點：地理位置優越，就在城堡對面，門口就是商業街
缺點：
1）房間一股黴味；
2）衞生很糟糕；服務的話：
3）有一位服務員很好，後面遇到的服務員就不行，房間也不帶我們去，我們的房間在樓外，也不説清楚，拖着行李找了好久，當時已經想發火了
總體來説很舊，不太乾淨，也不高級

酒店位置很好，斜對着温莎城堡，酒店停車場在酒店背後，手機可以直接輸入酒店停車場，能導航過去，否則自己不太好找到。一晚上30磅停車費，酒店服務員説應該不算貴。
