Hotel very nice grounds fabulous room very spacious in quiet part of hotel I took Ill during the night the hotel staff were amazing the next day I had to go to hospital in Lancaster to get checked over hotel staff showed paramedics to our room .on return from hospital hotel staff couldn't do enough for us I would highly recommend the hotel outstanding customer service.

The room was warm, clean and spacious. Staffs were cheerful. Location is great. Easy access to many attractions, such as the Bridge House, Orrest Head Viewpoint, Queen Adelaide's Hill. The breakfast is rich and they do veg breakfast.

We absolutely loved our stay, our room was immaculate, cosy and with the added bonus of having a door opening up onto the beautiful manicured gardens. Nothing to complain about, looking forward to staying again

Hotel nice but noisy. Also the shower goes from freezing to burning and the pressure is terrible. Hotel refused any refund for the issues

The forest cabin B&B by the lake is a bit old, but the service is very considerate and the breakfast is also good. We brought our children to stay and added a bed for an extra 25 pounds, including breakfast, which is quite generous.

Very cozy hotel, can be ranked in the top two during the trip. The only drawback is that there is no elevator. There is a small ranch behind the hotel.

The most beautiful hotel in the trip, I chose this lake district hotel without any difference, the environment is beautiful, there is a Chinese menu for breakfast, and the English breakfast is very rich, it is highly recommended.

The family room booked can sleep three people no problem. The hotel reserved the best room with a small balcony where you can sit on the balcony and have a cup of coffee and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Parking is free, which is perfect.
