Motel 6 Buffalo, NY - Airport - Williamsville

Stay was ok , perfect location pet policy and price are why I chose this hotel . Ok stay

Easy to find the hotel, rooms are very good and clean and maintained

At check in I had to wait because the front staff attendant was out having a smoke. He saw me pull up but took his time getting to the desk. Our room was dated but also dirty. The sheets were all wrinkled and also there was hair and mud on the floors. It really didnt look like it had been cleaned. The bathroom again dated but it was clean.

The place was awful. Had to leave door open for 45 minutes after arriving to try air out the smell. Cigarette butts in front of doorway and parking lot/ Signs everywhere indicate no smoking, but this is obviously not enforced. Spend a little extra and get a higher end room.

literally stayed 2 hours, there was lettuce filling the toilet and cabbage. Bed had no comforter, super dirty, and blood on the bed.

Guy at check in was incredibly rude Foyer stunk Elevator was sketchy shaking and rattling Rooms were not very clean Not very quiet no essentials other than a bar of soap and a couple towels ie no kleenex comforters pen paper etc

There are people screaming and fighting in the hallway, like I am afraid for my life screaming. I am going to demand my money back this is insane.

Room needed microwave and working refrigerator. Room was serviced only one night out of three. Some rooms smelled like **** even when you pass by.

The price was definitely a good rating, especially bc it was a actually very nice🙂
