The hotel should be considered next to Buffalo City, about 30 minutes from the waterfall, a little drive away. The first room was arranged next to the road and it felt a bit noisy. After communicating, I quickly changed to a room inside, free parking, it is very convenient, and there are some restaurants around. Simple meals are also convenient. There is a laundry room, and the service desk downstairs can buy washing powder and change coins. Still recommended hotel
It is a relatively old-fashioned hotel type, but the English at the front desk has to be very standard, there are not many types of breakfast, but it fully meets the needs, the proprietress and each table say hello and chat, the surrounding environment is also very good, unfortunately did not go shopping.

We stayed at the Hyatt Place Buffalo/Amherst for one night while we attended a wedding across the street. The hotel was lovely and clean with a beautiful and welcoming firepit, plenty of convenient parking, a nice workstation area, and very large rooms with super comfortable beds! The staff was friendly, the halls and surrounding areas were nice and quiet, and we greatly enjoyed our stay.
I recently stayed at Reikart House and, although I was a little disappointed not to receive a suite upgrade as a Platinum member, I was still very happy with my stay. The hotel's ambience is exceptional, and it is impeccably clean and well-maintained. You can tell that a lot of care goes into keeping the property in top shape. The staff were polite and courteous throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Special shout out to the front desk team—Tina, Marty Mis, Tyler, and the lady working the night shift (sorry I didn’t catch your name!). Also, a special acknowledgment to Fabio, who ensures the hotel remains in pristine condition by touching up any scrapes and marks from luggage all across the hotel. What a wonderful person he is and glad to have met him! I also dined at Jazzboline, the nearby restaurant, and the service was impeccable. The meals are quite filling, so you better love butter! This is truly a unique property for Marriott, and I’m glad they’ve added this brand to their portfolio. I will certainly be returning to Reikart House with my family. It’s a great place, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
This Hotel was amazing, the staff was friendly and accommodating to me and my daughters for the two days we stayed in town to visit their mom and brother at oishei children’s hospital, definitely a five Star place
We live almost 2 hours away, and stayed at Sleep Inn & Suites so our family of 4 could get a little extra sleep before an early morning flight out of BUF. We booked a room and parking package, which allowed us to leave our car in the hotel parking lot for an upcharge that amounted to half of what we'd have paid to park it at the airport. Our room (standard, 2 double beds) was not fancy, and the shower was very small, but it was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and everything was in good working order. Best of all, the breakfast offerings were set out early enough for us to have a delicious meal before we left, and our shuttle driver to the airport could not have been more cheerful or helpful. When we returned over a week later, late at night, the shuttle arrived to pick us up at the airport within minutes of our calling. We had such a good experience, we've already booked a stay for the night before our next family vacation!
Hotel was under renovations at the time so I'll give them that. But rooms were dirty, smelled, and didn't seem sanitized. Tried to mask the smell with baby powder smells throughout hallways. No pool. Had a conference room that was convenient but nothing fancy about it. Beds were quite uncomfortable. Nicest thing about hotel was the bar attached that had a good menu and alcohol selection; and you could walk to Denny's and walk to the Speedway for snacks.
Close to the airport, 24-hour shuttle bus, very convenient! The room is clean! Good breakfast, omelet and homemade snacks son like it! McDonald's is nearby, and eating fast food is also very convenient.
Opposite Buffalo Airport, the hotel has a free bus transfer, which is very convenient. The room is large, but the decoration is old. There are car rentals on the side and a McDonald's. It is most convenient to go shopping or rent a car at an attraction. Overall good

Very Good
We stayed at Tru by Hilton Williamsville on 8/25 and 8/26. At check-in, a very well dressed woman, not in uniform, so I assumed was at a management level, was standing front and center at the computer. I thought that she was about to check us in. Without eye contact she said, “I wasn’t, but, I will.” Clearly annoyed. (Strike one) We requested she also check our Hilton points. Since we were going to use a credit card different than the one on record with the online reservation, the response was that she “wasn’t able to do it”. (Strike two.) That evening a very cordial uniformed desk staffer very quickly verified the points for us. Aside from our well dressed “friend” the rooms were spotless, the rest of the staff was very welcoming. We’ve stayed there twice. The dismissive manner we received at check-in means there won’t be a third time. (Strike three.)
PPaul DWe had a wonderful stay here. The rooms, while lacking amenities, were clean and cozy. The place is pet friendly and always has plenty of free coffee in the mornings. Was pretty quiet and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rate was extremely cheap too, the cheapest around.
