We booked a two-bedroom, one-living room and requested a quiet room. We were given a corner location, which was very comfortable. There was a small river next to the room, and we fell asleep listening to the sound of the gurgling water at night. It was so comfortable. The kitchen and living room were spacious. The only drawback was that we checked out at 11 am. We didn't have time to enjoy the swimming pool and other facilities.
The Fairmont Whistler is a very nice property and super central. However, we felt that it was generally over-priced and they pushed the limit the whole time there on the various non-room charges. C$50 resort fee. C$50 per night for parking. C$200 for buffet breakfast for 4. The cost of our stay easily doubled. On top of that, they seem to lack the capacity to service all of their guests. Breakfast lines were very long and we waited 45 minutes for our valet. On top of this, our rooms were not ready at 4pm per their guarantee and, once we received the keys, they didn't work. Lines at the front desk were super long as well. We have stayed at the Four Seasons Whistler as well and will return there next time. The guest experience there is much better.
The management here was fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance of the lifts, and of stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The room we had was fairly quiet even though we were on the middle of a party town on a holiday weekend. The only complaint we have is about the front desk staff. We requested hand towels be brought to our room, but the person at the desk at the time seemed to only pretend to care. Unsurprisingly, we never were brought towels and when we came back late, we just made due with what we had. I'm certain the managers would have done it themselves if they'd been at the desk at the time.

It is a 6-8 minute drive from the town. Parking costs 25 yuan a day, but there is a shuttle bus, so you can park your car in Lot 4/5 for only 8 yuan a day to save money.
The facilities are perfect, but a bit old, the heating in the room was broken the night I checked in. There is parking lot. The apartment-style rooms have higher floors and are divided into upper and lower floors. The lower floor is the living room dining room bathroom, and there is a sofa bed in the living room. There is a master bedroom on the upper floor, as well as a sauna room, but I haven’t tried it out and I don’t know if it will work. Sanitation is a bit old, and the basin is poorly drained.
It was a great experience and the staff were friendly. The room was amazing and spacious. Loved the card and tv setting with my name. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon.

It was located a 10-minute walk from Whistler Village, so it was very easy to get around. The hotel spa was really nice, and the interior of the hotel was clean and nice. However, I felt that the hotel was old, and when I checked out, there was a small mouse running in the hallway and a squeak. The interior of the room was clean, but the hallway felt old.

Outstanding
RRuininiThe room is big and the bed is very comfortable! When checking in, the child was given a small doll, which made the child very happy. There are wine tasting activities, roasted marshmallows, and live honey lollipops on Friday afternoon. The spa is especially good 👍 The waiters are very nice and everyone is smiling. But the scale of the hotel is not as big as the Lake Louise Castle Hotel, and the scenery there is not as good! The hotel is in Blackcomb Mountain, and it takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the cable car. This side is more suitable for friends with intermediate and advanced ski slopes. If you are a beginner skier, the hotel on Whistler Mountain is more convenient. Blackcomb Mountain is relatively quiet, and there are relatively few options for eating and shopping. But from a vacation perspective, the hotel itself is very good, especially the Spa, which is so comfortable!
AAnonymous UserThe location is unbeatable. You can go to the cable car for skiing or sightseeing. There are many restaurants and shopping malls. However, the hotel is a bit old and the sound insulation is not very good. They accept pets, so I can hear dogs barking at night.
The expression at the counter is also quite cold. There are many people in the pool and I feel that the water is not very clean.
AANLUNThe location of the hotel is quite good, right next to the gondola. If you drive, you have to pay for parking. Whistler's hotel rooms all have their own kitchens for easy cooking. Of course, the surroundings are also delicious, and it is good to find any one. The bed rolled down from a large cupboard, but the Queen size was enough for two adults to sleep.
FF000611There is a supermarket/bar/fast food restaurant across the street, and the town square is a 2-minute walk away; there is a private parking lot, 24 yuan per day, which is not expensive;
Because the airline lost my luggage, I communicated with the front desk, and the attitude was very good.
The room facilities are relatively complete and new, the only thing is that it is a bit small, if the big suitcases are opened, it is difficult to move
GGuest UserPan Pacific hotel is very convenient located we are able to find the hotel easily. Even hrough we did not managed to have breakfast in the hotel we were given a voucher to use at the mountside hotel for dinner. Staff are friendly and the room is very clean and big. Will definitely recommend friend to stay if they are visiting Whistler. Thank you.
VViolaLinIt’s my second time to stay at Hilton Whistler. Love the service and environment. We enjoyed the swimming pool. It’s not large. Resort fee$58 was charged when we checked out.
LLawrenceEcecellent location for travellers planning to go Whistler/Blackcomb for Skiing or sniowboarding. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to the gondolas. The pod is clean, neat but still a bit wallet unfriendly for a capsule type hotel. Suggest travellers to avoid upper level pods because of climbing up and down. All staffs are nice, very helpful plus there are racks to store snowboards and locker for storage. , However, combination locks are not provided. Remember to bring at least 3 combination locks if you are interested to stay in this pod hotel.
MMagdalena ScholasticaLike the whirlpool soo much. Shared some fun moments at the poolside. The kitchen allows us to cook & save on dinners… the Murphy bed is okay, I have sound sleep on it. The air-con is quite cold (located just next to the bed) so I actually turn it off & open a bit of the balcony door. Will surely visit again!
DDHL321Excellent location, just at the central village, walk thru the entire village easily. Nice clean room even not big, but what you need are well equiped. I have a kitchen with all kinds of kitchenwares, better to stay more days in next time. Very friendly frontdesk people and room keeper.
Pay $24 for tight room car parking with no EV charger in hotel is not a good idea. For guest with EV, a solution is to check in after 4 pm, then park your car in conference centre (just located in opposite side of the hotel) after 5 pm with only $6.25 (5:00pm till 10:00am) and charge your EV at level 2 charger $1/hr to get a fully charge. Perfect match the hotel check out time.
Overall experience, worth to stay and buy more food for meals in room!
GGuest UserFacilities are average, Ctrip is affordable during the holidays, but after washing my hair in the morning, I found that the hair dryer was bad. It made me wet my hair to go skiing. It was really depressing, but the price was ok, the room was large and the fireplace was very warm
