We love the room setup, the property & the Arcade. We didn’t like that our “handicapped “ parking space was next to the next entrance door over , not the entrance door that was closest to our room. We especially didn’t like the 5 small flying insects we had to kill in the 2 bathrooms.

I recently stayed at your hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The room was far below my expectations. My 11-year-old son had to sleep on a sofa that was hard and uncomfortable, and the unpleasant odor in the room made our stay even more intolerable. Additionally, there was no breakfast provided, forcing us to leave the hotel to find a meal elsewhere. To make matters worse, I had booked and paid for a room for the 13th but arrived on the 12th. I requested to use the room since I had already paid, but my request was denied. As a result, I had to pay again and effectively lost a night's stay that I had already paid for. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and accommodations provided. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and indignant, and I expect a prompt response addressing these issues.

Our room needed some repairs. Door handle broken on slider, stairwell railings very dirty, and we could have used an elevator as we were traveling with young children and large suitcases. That said, the staff were very friendly and the view of the water was beautiful.

They seem to have renovated the pool area (pictures when I booked were different) which now looks really pretty, modern and clean. Pool area had a fun atmosphere with live music every day. We rented a townhouse and we had pleanty of space. Very quiet, clean and well equipped.

More transparency for handicapped guests ! I have never stayed at the Cove in Yarmouth Ma before. I was unaware and surprised they have no elevator to the second floor ! I am somewhat handicap with chronic pain and I couldn’t carry my luggage up and down the stairs. Fortunately after some time the receptionist was able to move my room to a more suitable location.

Great place to stay. The Cove was one of the better places where I have stayed. We had an issue with door closing smoothly and getting the TV to work. The office sent the maintenance man immediately. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was great. There was not a full kitchen, only a microwave, but we didn’t use the kitchen facilities much anyway. The only issue was getting a parking space that was close to the door we used to get to the room. I would highly recommend The Cove.

We had an amazing time! The first room we were given had some issues ceiling fan, phone, lights not working, but went to front desk and they immediately switched us into another room. As for the pool areas, live music, bars, and drinks amazing!!! No need to even leave this place! Everything is there! Would definitely come back
