The bed matrass was comes with zess which is suit for me lately.. The big screen television from samsung 50” are satisfiying my eyes.. Shower top are very best with fresh hot water.. Try to go to pool and gym area its a lovely place too.. Dare to swim here? Post your picture.. Everyspot inside this building are awsome.. Try to go if you looking for hotel nearby grogol area and try another ecperience in Posto dormire.

Hotel is in good location but beware after late night you won't see any shops open even the convenience shop closes by 10 -10.30 pm at night . There are street food shops outside but quality is not that good . Hotel has in premises restaurant which closes by 11 at night . They do serve alcoholic drinks. Bar is available in the hotel. Security is there in the hotel but not the best they don't screen everyone while entering the lift . Eventhough room was clean observed there are small roaches in the toilet . They do have smoking and non smoking rooms with air con. Safety lockers are available and they work properly . Hot water and bathroom flush worked properly. Tried Nasi goreng with telur in their restaraunt and it was damn good but payment is only via cash . Try to have indonesian rupiah in hand for payments.

Clean and tidy! The customers and cleaners there are very friendly and do their job well! I feel safe and sleep well during these few days trip in Neo Puri Indah Hotel.

I recently stayed at Brits Hotel Puri Indah, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is located in a convenient area, with easy access to shopping centers and restaurants. The hotel has its pro and cons and based on your  travel purpose.  Pro . location in glodok, Chinatown, 1km close to Kota tua. Interesting if you are an explorer and want to walk around a bit, understand the most humble of local life, and only go back to hotel to sleep. You can easily find indomaret, maxim the grocer and breakfast place on the gloria alley. for dinner, pancoran food lane will work. . friendly concierge, I really love their smiles . rather cheap comparing to neighboring novotel or grand paragon holiday inn . hot water works,  AC works, 2 single beds,  cons .despite strategic location, everything closes early like afternoon or 6pm. if you want to enjoyor night life, go to kota tua or book hotel there instead . super smelly towels, like they only wash their towels with water but no detergent . only the most basic amenities are provided. no hairdryer, water kettle, tea coffee, spoon, fridge. There were only 2 water bottles, 2 toothbrush, 2 toothpaste, 2 towels (no face towels), 2 glass cups, 1 pair of slippers that dont work . they give us 2 cards but only 1 will work, you have to decide which one... . you have to log in to wifi every day

Parking was not a lot, there is a food stall down at the entrance. The room was small, but very nice and chic. AC was good, Water pressure was good. Bed was good. Hallway to the room was not air conditioned, so it was a bit hot.

I stayed at Hotel Luminor Kota for a week and did not want to leave!!!! I have many dietary restrictions and Fatah went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of at every meal. Not only was the service exceptional but the food was out of this world!! Kezia and Anto were also so sweet and made me feel at home. This hotel has everything you could ever want from incredible food, daily housekeeping, hot and cold drinkable water, comfy bed, and the most amazing staff. I cannot remember the last time I received customer service like this. I am already counting down the days until I can come back! Thank you to the incredibly hard working staff at Luminor Hotel Kota!
