HHarryIDSGBeen our preferred hotel whenever we visited Jakarta. The location is perfect for us although it might not be for everyone. There are tons of nice eateries within walking distance. The staffs are awesome, everyone is kind, helpful and attentive, thumbs up! Their treatment to us is a big factor in our decision entrusting this hotel to give us a comfortable, relaxing nights. The breakfast is awesome! It's more of Indonesian breakfast and contrary to many other hotels at this price point, their breakfast are delicious! Among the few which i rated to be an actual taste of Indonesian food.

LLim Teck LeeIt has been a very pleasant stay right from arrival on april 28 evening. Efficient friendly check in.
Room is very comfortable and clean.
Breakfast spread is sufficient and service staff helpful and friendly. Special mention to FnB Aura, Nagita and Lisa and concierge Fitto.
Thank you for making my stay comfortable and will surely return again. Continue with the good work.

AAnonymous UserAwesome hotel which is new, clean , efficient. Location is Juz wonderful with a big shopping centre Juz next to it! Services by the hotel staff is Juz tip top n well trained. Breakfast choices were with both local n western options and sumptuous. Really should give it a try here.

GGuest UserThe hotel have 2 lobby, which are the main lobby and the basement lobby.
The main lobby only took us 1 mins from the entrance, and the basement lobby took us 5 mins to arrive.
It is unfortunate that the main lobby only available for car user, eventhough there are hotel guest who used bike just to drop off.
We paid with the same amount of money, therefore have the rights to get the same treatment.
Harris Hotel as 4 star hotel, should not focus only on the image, but also focusing on the customers service, and should have the flexibility to think whats best depend on the condition.
Facility is very basic, and back again need to be more flexible (the hotel is within the apartment Puri Mansion), in which the apartment have tennis court, and empty almost all the time, and we cant use it.

MMAKOTO 8155The price is just right and it's a very nice hotel. However, the location is a little hard to find, so be careful. The Grab driver also got it wrong, so I think it's hard for locals to find too.

TTai5656Was a little disappointed at the hotel as I booked the wrong date for my friend but was not allowed to cancel it modify the date, had to pay in cash upon check in and I did not bring much cash as the hotel I booked is for transit purpose only, decent room but non smoking 🚬
