Similar experiences as at other hotels near the area. Hotel made me change room couple of times which was time consuming and delaying to schedule. Room was good but outside area tend to be slightly noisy. Some of my personal items seemed to be missing after staying in this hotel.

Feel not happy with hotel..The Aircond was not working well and there was no water in shower ..feel so bad ..I take a shower using the pipe🙂

I made a reservation for two nights, but on the first day of my arrival, the front desk told me that I couldn't stay that night because there was a problem with the room facilities. So, even though it was late at night, I had to quickly find another place to stay.
Even though I asked for a refund for one night's stay, they just told me to wait, and I ended up checking out without a refund.
Disadvantages
The elevator cannot be used during the day. You are told to use the stairs.
There are insects in the room.
When you check in, you are told that your reservation has been canceled.
Advantages
Very cheap compared to other accommodations
Very close to Jayakarta Station
Close to Mangga Dua
There are many food stalls in the area, so you won't have any trouble finding food
There is also a convenience store nearby
Please let me know in advance if you cancel your reservation. I could have found a different place to stay sooner.
In the end, they said that the night I couldn't stay was not guaranteed at first, but later they refunded me one night and compensated me for part of the cost of staying elsewhere.
I was thinking of stopping using this site in the future, but I am grateful for their response.
