Booking was easy, as was check in, room was nice and clean the room was nice and cool when we walked in We slept soundly in clean beds

Over priced. Indoor pool & hot tub were closed. The only working ice machine was on the 3rd floor. Our tub was cracked & chipped. Lighting was horrible. Juice machine out of order. Pancake machine out of order. No milk or cereal the second day. Many things in need of repair.

This was horrible from the get go. Checked in to a room that the door wouldnt latch, so they quickly changed rooms for us. I then check my bank account and had been double charged. When i approached the front desk they said oh whats wrong now. So i kindly expained and she said yea that will happen when you switch rooms, theres nothing i can do for you. So all my extra money got tied up in a charge i never should have been charged for and thus ruined our whole weekend. Not to mention i shoukd have never been charged for a second room when i didnt use a second room, i switched due to the safety of our door not latching shut.

Room was good. Pool and hot tub not in service so disappointing when there is no advance warning and you look forward to accessing these amenities.

I checked in and they were going to charge me more than what my reservation said. I asked why, she said you reserved a single bed and we are out, so it gave you a room with double beds and those are more. She initially offered a refund but then ended up giving me the room for the price that was listed on my reservation.

Hotel was very clean. Carpet needs replacing and the property needs more staff.
I appreciated the staff that was there, they worked very hard.

The lighting in the rooms is inadequate. In the bathroom the light above the sink was out. Call front desk and they couldn’t figure out what to do. Young guy came to look .
Just bewildered. So I took bulbs out and took to front desk asking for new ones. No new bulbs- pathetic. You should have someone around that can change a light bulb! So they moved us to anew room — only to find out it hadn’t been cleaned. So third room should be the charm right?
Well we settled on it but get this— the light in the shower was out. Oh Well.

Upon check in, were handed a card with zero words from receptionist. Had to open it to read room # and pry it out of her where we should park to be closest to our room. Tub didnt drain but room was clean though you could hear every single stomp above. Hot tub was closed 3 days prior by health dept for lack of chlorene but it still wasnt rectified. Walls around pool area were under repair and flakes and chunks of drywall all over the pool area where kids walk barefoot. No reason this was not cleaned up over the 2 day period. Overall the hotel is run down and in need of repairs.
