Our last night there AC went out on us and room was really hot. First night was acting up but started working again so we stayed in the room. They offered to give us a new room but it was working the 2 days so we decided to stay in the same room. Last night was a terrible experience.

The guy at the front desk said my room number outloud. As a female who travels alone on occasion that is SO dangerous you never know who's listening. Won't ever go back to this location

Had to ring an intercom buzzer to alert staff that was sleeping in one of the rooms (she came out of the room barefoot and sleepy eyed). Whole place has a STRONG smell of deodorizer.
Hotel itself is in a semi industrial area with limited access to dining, although Fargo is easy to get around. I set my shave kit down on the sink and it came away with a black goo like substance that then transferred to a nice blue shirt in my suitcase (did not realize it was on the bottom of the case). That’s what you get for the price I guess.

They are starting a remodel in the entry way but the rooms are still very tired and past the date of needing repair/updating.

The Motel is being Renovated, the Front Lobby is all New and Improved. My room has always been Clean, and everything operational.
The Pool and Hot Tub area are being Renovated at this Time.
I try to always book this Location when in Fargo Area.
I like the fact that it is easy to get to the Stores I want on 13th ave by Driving up Main Ave to the Appropriate Intersecting Street. This avoids all the Cluttered Traffic on 13th ave.

Don’t recommend
Wall paper was falling off the walls, missing drawers on night stands, torn lamp shades. Only 1 outlet worked. They definitely need to up keep the place instead of just the entry.

There was an unknown substance in the light fixture over the sink. Dead bolt for lock was broke off. Holes in the carpet. Either full blast heat or ice cold. Holes in the carpet and blankets.

Toilet was dirty was told that house keeping was being done as I was already in the room. Used toilet paper. Yellowed pillow cases. Fan in bathroom as well as ac unit in room dusty. Reeked of *********.
