fan was not working, window curtain was mouldy, bathroom window was broken

Arrived early but were able to put our bags into storage till our room was ready. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Beds comfy. Great breakfast 😊 Overall very happy with our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Our favourite hotel to run away to for a weekend in Wellington or a short escape. Nice rooms with good sized shower, toilet . Nothing extra fancy but comfortable and clean. Parking on site is $20 per night. Lovely big brealfast is included in the price with juices, tea or coffee. Fruit and cereals, or bacon, eggs, sausages, mushrooms hash browns and baked beans ... A great location woth a short walk to cuba mall or carrybon further to the water front. Happy to recommend the Willis.

Nice hotel and conveniently located. Very accessible to all the attractions, good walk to the city centre. Nearby Cuba street. and the national museum. Hotel is a bit old but still very clean and breakfast is typically a European type.

The only thing good about the hotel is its location. Otherwise doesn’t look anything like the picture as shown

The room is not big. There is a certain restaurant opposite. Some people in the same industry are superstitious. Everything else is good. There is a Chinese restaurant diagonally opposite.

The room is too old, the breakfast is OK The front desk helps arrange taxis at a reasonable price

Breakfast is not good. The room is clean but very ordinary. It’s worth the price.

Great service at the hotel helpfull gentle n very kind staff loads of than ks to everyone .if am in wellington again it will be with you again breakfasst superb just igf it could have aome changes days to days otherwise copious n delicious

Whole hotel needs an upgrade. Smells like an old hostel. Carpets lifting everywhere. Beds and bathroom was clean. Windows where very filthy and some wont open. No extractor fan in bathroom. I asked for trim milk and was told they will phone and organise. I never heard back or got anything. Not worrh the price. Very disappointed unfortunately
