環境一般，主要是我和我朋友一起住的，我朋友一個紅包掉在酒店房間裏了，後面我們退房了，聯繫酒店，一直説沒有看到紅包，紅包裏有兩千多塊錢，本來丟了他們也應該查查監控，看看是不是被人撿或者怎麼樣，但是就一口咬定沒看到就不管了，太不負責任

因是外地人，不瞭解當地旅店水準，又疲乏，手機沒電，選擇了這一家酒店，找了好幾家都是“照騙”這一家也是先看看。店員很客氣的讓我拿着房卡上來看房間，説是2樓3樓的房間，一開門很重的異味，沒空調房間。我就下去了，跟她詢問我在網上看的價位是有空調的，她又貼心的説4樓有。沒有電梯，都是步梯。又跑上來看，異味也有，但是沒2.3樓重，有空調，我隨意看了一下，又因太晚了，就住下了，好傢伙，噩夢開始了，一進門，先生開燈，頭頂8個小燈，衹有一個亮（看圖）我想請問老闆，能省多少電啊，裏面燈泡都沒有。盥洗台水龍頭，洗手我一抬，那個提手掉下來了。這些異味什麼我都算了，那個洗澡的花灑什麼鬼？噴出來的水柱洗澡居然像針紮了一樣，本人踩過很多雷，這個還是第一次，真的針扎啊，老闆啊，你要是不相信自己來感受一下吧，沒辦法，我把花灑的頭扭下來就着管子隨便沖洗了一下。可能你會説69的價格你還想什麼服務？但是我想説，你最起碼保證物品能用，沒有損壞吧。此刻，先生已入睡，本來叫他起來洗澡的，因為花灑像針扎的一樣，我也不想叫他起來受罪了，明日再找一家吧。那個打掃的阿姨，不小心掉地上沾過水的捲紙就扔了唄，別再給顧客用了。這一夜無眠。
