大冬天的熱水温度大概30℃左右，不能洗澡，雙人間拖鞋衹有一雙就算了，竟然還是顏色和大小都不一樣的兩衹，我是絕對沒有冤枉你的，老闆。這樣真的不太好。

酒店位於縣城熱鬧地，吃玩方便但很吵鬧。老闆娘非常差勁👎，昨天晚上告知她第二天早上八點前退房，可早上退房時竟然按金不退，等上班的服務員查房再微信轉給我，我再三説明查房是你的權利，但沒人查房也是你的問題，既然你都不相信顧客，我怎能信你？查等你會，不查我打110，不得已才退按金！其實平台已説明我是離店付，免按金的。
