Beautiful building , but unfortunately it seems understaffed . Room was poorly cleaned ( or not cleaned at all). Staff did not seem to care much . I will say that the staff at the cafe were lovely . Absolutely loved the size of the rooms and the actual building, but would not come back since customer service was truly lacking , and cleanliness .

This is an amazing and unique property it is the old John Deere plant next door to the John Deere visitor center and with a great BBQ restaurant connected to the hotel. The rooms are huge and quiet and comofrtable. This is a don't miss property.

Great value. Great room.
The rooms here are huge. And clean. Cavernous almost. Beds were VERY COMFORTABLE. with a pillow top. AC worked so we weren’t sweltering in the summer heat and humidity. Will stay again.

I've stayed at this hotel many times and normally have a great stay. This was my first time having poor service. The a/c wasn't working the first two of my three day stay, my room was 77 degrees. I informed the front desk clerk (younger female) of the issue along with a stool cover being extremely loose, Ice maker on 3rd floor not working, needing extra towels, and sheets replaced on my third day of stay.
I had to inquire three times before the more mature desk clerk was able resolve my a/c issue and provide additional towels. The other items were never resolved.
