The housekeeper Marcia showed excellent service throughout the whole process, from proactively communicating needs before check-in, thoughtfully reserving a parent-child room with a bed fence, to efficiently coordinating shuttle buses and restaurant reservations during the stay. Her meticulous care made the journey worry-free and warm, and she can be called an ”invisible guardian”. The hotel's catering is a combination of Chinese and Western cuisine. The Hainan specialty noodle soup, freshly made Qingbuliang and seafood pineapple fried rice in the fish restaurant are memorable, and the children's free policy cleverly solves the problem of picky eating; the guest room design incorporates tropical style, and the Internet celebrity lighthouse and fine beach are within walking distance, and every shot is a blockbuster. Marcia's meticulousness and the professional tacit understanding of the hotel team, from the details of the supplies to the event acceptance, all demonstrate quality. Whether it is a parent-child trip or a honeymoon vacation, this place can provide a warm experience of ”home away from home”.

This stay experience really exceeded expectations! The hotel is in an excellent location, with convenient transportation and a wide range of food and shopping nearby. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was attracted by the exquisite decoration and elegant fragrance. The front desk service was warm and efficient, and the check-in process was very smooth. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, lying down is like falling into a cloud, and you have a good night's sleep! The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are all high-end brands, with full marks for details. The sound insulation effect is very good and is completely free from external interference. The breakfast is rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western styles, the ingredients are fresh, and the taste is great! The staff is friendly and responsive, which makes people feel very caring. Overall, both the hardware facilities and the service quality are impeccable, the price-performance ratio is super high, and it is definitely worth recommending! Stunning Ocean Views and Thoughtful Service: A Truly Memorable Stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a truly wonderful stay and highly recommend it to travelers seeking relaxation and high-quality service. Pros: 1. Unbeatable Ocean Views: Our sea-view room offered spectacular vistas. The balcony directly faced the ocean, providing unobstructed views of both morning sunrises and evening sunsets. We could even hear the calming sound of the waves from our bed, which was incredibly therapeutic. 2. Prime Location: The hotel is situated right on the beach, with its own private beach area. You can step directly out onto the sand and enjoy the waves. 3. Warm and Thoughtful Service: From the doorman assisting with luggage upon arrival to the speedy check-in at the front desk, every staff member we encountered was smiling and greeted us warmly. Our extra requests (like additional pillows) were also promptly fulfilled. Overall: A truly excellent value-for-money experience. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose to stay here again.

Before coming to the Shenzhou Peninsula, my wife and I chose this Yue Hotel with the mentality of giving it a try. After all, the price is too close to the people, and I dare not have too high expectations. results! From the beginning of the stay, I was pleasantly surprised, and the hygiene was super clean! ! ! The whole hotel is full of high-end aluminum wall decoration, which is completely a treasure hotel with ”five-star standard”! Must be strong Amway! ✨ Butler service is super intimate The butler service at the front desk was gentle and professional, and there was a sense of ritual on vacation in an instant. The smart experience is full of ～ There is a button call button at the bedside. If you need to press it, it is super user-friendly. The smart toilet has improved the happiness of staying. The bathroom experience is absolutely perfect: the imported shower in the bathroom is well-deserved, the water line is dense and soft, and it is like doing a SPA on the body. The bathtub is oversized (unfortunately I am useless). The hair dryer is also a net red model, very easy to use! Gospel for cleanliness patients: Even the public washing machine on the third floor is a fully intelligent model with blue light disinfection, which is really reassuring for people who want to wash clothes when they go out. 📍 Geographical invincibility As a foodie, the favorite is that it is a variety of gourmet restaurants in the lobby on the first floor, so there is no need to worry about eating. The stay at the 4points by Sheraton Shenzhou Peninsula was very enjoyable. From Sanya Airport we took the HSR to Shenzhou station and ordered a Didi there to take us to the hotel (~20min). Apparently there is also an Airport shuttle service by the hotel but to my knowledge it isnt free and only goes 2 times a day. Anyways, once there, the check in was quick and convenient. The walk to the room at the east end was quite long (big hotel). The room was quite big, clean and had all necessary equipment, but it is noticeable that everything has come to an age or appeared to be worn out a little. Also the bathroom always smelled a bit „smokey“ and there was also an noticeable smell from the toilet drainage. All in all the room was still satisfying yet it comes at a quite expensive price where you could expect better. The breakfast had many meal choices, but nothing that was over the top. Especially the very limited fruit offer on a tropical island like Hainan was disappointing. For a Trip-5 Star-hotel at this price point it could do better. The outside facilities of the hotel were very nice and relatively well maintained. The big pool was a highlight. Also its location directly at the sea with a big beautiful beach is nice. But yet again the downside is you are not allowed to swim in the sea. Yet always someone was trying to sell some surfing courses, jetski ride or other activities. I understand the safety concern, but as an experienced swimmer with lifeguard training it was a bit ridiculous. Still having a long sunset walk at the beach is amazing. For having dinner, there are a few decent choices in the 1km footwalk vicinity. Some restaurant areas can be reached by walking down the beach. My favorite though was the „Corona-Bar“ directly in front of the hotel, which serves semi-authentic Mexican dishes and nice cocktails. It comes at a higher price point, but if you make the correct food choices it is very delicious. Check out was also quick and comfortable and to summarize, we had an enjoyable stay. I only think for the price you pay there is still some space for little improvements by the hotel.

The room had a noticeable musty smell, and it felt quite humid, which is understandable given its beachfront location. The bedding also felt a bit damp. Unfortunately, a cloud obscured the sunrise view. The facilities were adequate, and it's a guesthouse situated within a villa complex. Its proximity to the sea is fantastic, and it's very conveniently located near Shenzhou Peninsula. The on-demand shuttle service was prompt, and the staff were very friendly. Overall, this is truly an ocean-view room that offers excellent value for money.

Being a new Sanya resident, I wanted to drive to Wanning for some leisure time this weekend. Seeing good reviews online, I decided to stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was absolutely delighted and completely satisfied. First, the hotel is beautiful, with a stylish design and a relaxing atmosphere. There's a pool right outside, which is a real pleasure to enjoy in the cool evenings, especially with children. I saw a few of them having a blast this afternoon. The front desk also offers free drinks and coffee, which is a great way to relax and read after a day of playing. ✌ Second, the hotel is very clean, which is truly important. The staff at the front desk are very nice and helpful with any questions. The hotel is also in a great location, very quiet. There's a supermarket, a restaurant, and a fruit stand nearby, making it very convenient for ordering takeout. There's parking right outside, making it easy to park. It's a few minutes' drive to Shenzhou Peninsula, making it convenient for dining and sightseeing. For those without a car, there's an electric scooter right outside the hotel. This is a true review. It's really hard to find a good hotel these days, so I've written so much to reassure those considering a trip.

The entire experience was truly captivating. The moment I opened my room, I was stunned by the view from the balcony: the azure ocean and lush green lawns collided. Watching the sunrise paint the sky crimson in the morning, and falling asleep to the sound of waves and the gentle breeze in the evening made even breathing feel soothing. The service was incredibly warm and thoughtful, and delivery was delivered to the room promptly. This trip happened to coincide with a typhoon, and the hotel felt like a peaceful, relaxing retreat. My friend has a vision to choose this homestay. I am very satisfied. The room was spacious, and the bathroom and toilet were separate – a great feature. It was also very clean. The laundry room is conveniently located on the first floor, with wash and dry facilities. The staff were all lovely, especially one thoughtful female staff member who helped us carry our luggage to the room and even brought us some fresh fruit. A big plus is its proximity to the island. The guesthouse provides electric scooters for guests to borrow, making it a super convenient 10-minute ride to get around. What's more, being slightly off the main island means it's wonderfully quiet. I slept soundly until 10 AM! The overall experience was truly excellent, and I definitely recommend it.
