這個民宿的位置還是可以房型佈局跟圖片裏的是一樣的房間比較大，有兩個卧室裝修的也還不錯，整體來説性價比還是挺高的，唯一不足的缺陷是農場是在二樓房間裏，所以會有點潮濕有黴味，另外房間沒有配備可以喝水的水杯，沒有碗筷沒有正常可以使用的毛巾，所以説這些東西必須要自己帶。另外這個小區的物業管理很差，我們去的時候運氣不好，聽房東説是外圍水管損壞修了，2天都沒修好，問了小區裏的保安和一些工作人員什麼都不知道了，一直停水，所以無奈之下，我們還是衹有找房東換房。

洗澡超過5分鐘的，請別定這間房！！！設計絕對有問題！！！洗澡時間一長，浴室裏麪全是水！！！關鍵是廁所是乾濕分離，濕區居然除了淋浴室裏面有個地漏，外面沒有地漏的！！！洗完澡，還要自己把裏面的水都弄到廁所外面的地漏！！！！

位置不太好找，開車來的，找了半天，客服也沒有明確指示，衹説問保安和小區裏的人。
萬寧比較潮濕，三個房間有一個床的被子是潮的，等人來換被褥等了一個多小時，處理速度比較慢。
距離南燕灣比較近，但吃飯不太方便，要開車出去。周邊物價也不便宜
但有一點好處，小區旁邊有個無人海灘，小區環境很好

房間很乾凈，也很大。窗外椰林，三個陽台，躺在床上看風景很愜意，小區也很安靜。樓下還有滑滑梯。就是沒有車的話出行不太方便，周邊沒有餐廳。

房間乾淨衞生，還有個大花園，小卧室空調可能需要加氟了，稍微不是那麼給力，其他房間都不錯。可惜這回遊泳池在維護沒能享受到。提供了基本的洗漱用具。開車過來很好找。周圍五分鐘不到的車程就是石梅灣經典觀景台，好多網紅咖啡店都在那裡長駐。離神州半島和橋海牧場也很近，吃的東西多。但是都需要開車出行，小區很大，入住率不是很高，環境很好。

屋子很大 也很乾凈 性價比也很高！！ 客服小姐姐也很友好～ 比較適合自駕出行的朋友 因為地理位置不是商圈 我們夜宵都是開車去買的 駕車就很方便

整體還是不錯的 有小問題客服還是很積極解決 小區大環境不錯 有湖有山有大草坪 離海邊步行可達 但廚房沒接熱水很是費解 熱水器可能是電的 洗澡熱水衹夠一人快速洗 洗頭洗澡一起的話到後面水就是冷的 沙發 床品稍微有些潮味 但去超市吃飯都需要開車 適合家庭偶爾小住
