Great place to stay. Nice and clean interior, beautiful and stunning ocean view, highly recommended. Host services respond quickly and friendly.

The hotel was at the perfect location just a few steps away from the beach. They had a battery operated cars to bring the guests to the buildings and towards the gate. The service was great. We asked for extra towels and they were provided in no time. Quite happy with my stay.

270°海景房徹底征服了我！** 超大落地窗把碧海藍天框成畫，躺在床上看日出日落太絕了~ 酒店泳池直麪沙灘，走出去就是細軟白沙和清澈海浪，玩水超方便。前台和餐廳服務親切，早餐豐富。日落時分的泳池吧雞尾酒配海風，氛圍滿分！無論是情侶度假還是帶娃家庭，都能找到樂趣。下次來萬寧，絕對值得無限回購的寶藏酒店

管家小哥很不錯 因為是想看日出 給管家小哥説過後特意給的這個房間 在陽台上就可以看 房間整體乾淨衞生 不錯 下次還選擇這家。

來萬寧20次有了，第一次住到這麼噁心的酒店！！！！服務差到極點！沒有之一！！！！從入住開始就很不爽。管家沒有提前聯繫，是我主動聯繫的酒店。然後酒店才告知位置及房間密碼。在此非常感謝民宿給我升級了房間。結果進去了牆體是脱落的，主卧移動門是壞的！每天玩回來，浴巾都是不換的，衹倒垃圾。驅蚊水也是空的。最最最噁心的是！！！！入住酒店的過程中，工作人員，未經過任何同意直接開門進入房間要打掃房間，當時在洗澡的狀態下進來了，工作人員進來以後看到在洗澡不出去還是繼續要打掃，出去後在我還在洗澡的情況下門也不關，事情發生以後，酒店方沒有任何道歉和正面處理，不承認自己保潔的錯誤，一直在説是誤會，並且發訊息打電話給的解決方案是給房間打5折，酒店自己的問題不解決反而冷言冷語覺得是客人為了要他們酒店這幾百塊錢去這麼做，最後工作人家還説是為了錢故鄉去這麼去做，為了幾百塊讓自己的私隱被別人看？酒店還要求我們不能寫任何評論要求我們把訂單刪了，我們不接受，爆光他們這醜惡的嘴臉，這個酒店工作人家超級差，大家不要踩坑！！！

日月灣島上都是民宿酒店公寓，衹能説這個價格不要有太多要求😹。房東服務還是可以的。有小車在停車場接送，房間空調不行立馬換房
