The resort is really beautiful, and because the compound is big, you don’t feel like there’s a lot of people. One drawback is if you’re flying to Sanya airport you need to take a 1.5 hour taxi ride to the resort. What’s worse is the route going from hotel back to airport is blocked because of roadworks which means we had to find alternative transportation otherwise it would take double the time. I wish the hotel had mentioned this when we booked, it really inconvenience us a lot as we were travelling with family. I only realised this the day before leaving the hotel and only then I decided to change to high speed rail.
Overall if I ever come back to Sanya, I would come back to this resort, but maybe without kids the next time!

We had a great time at the Westin, a smooth check-in and Tiffany took care of us and connected to assist us in the arrangements inclusive the trip outside the hotel. As well Xiao Xu our housekeeper did a nice job for our room

It was a very good experience, though it was cut short due to unforeseeable events, Cara Xu’s (小许管家）service was one of the highlights that we will remember. The excellent service would be our reason to recommend this hotel. 非常感谢 Cara 许，您的服务令人惊艳，下次再见！

There was no body wash when we first arrived the room. There was mosquitoes and insects inside the outdoor pool, looked like it wasn’t being filtered. Hotel location was very inconvenient, not much food around. Couldn’t swim at the beach because of “under current”.
We were treated to coconut water when we arrived because it was late in the day. But the coconuts smelled funny like expired. Hotel staff was nice.

It has been a dream birthday for me and my friends. Manager Revan staff Merry & Feifei really made our day in the most beautiful way possible... with an awesome upgrade, late check out and many lovely attentions, complimentary drinks and cake. I have rarely seen this level of service. We will definitely come back and stay longer to enjoy the weather, the gorgeous food for breakfast and meet again with the friendliest staff... A big fat thank... and a 5 stars from top to bottom. Definitely foreigners friendly !
