先説説公寓的設施吧，當天下午和家人出去玩，結果萬寧下雨了，回到公寓就衹想簡單的洗個熱水澡，緩解一下，消除疲勞。結果沒想到弄了半天還是沒有熱水洗澡，敢相信麼第一次遇到沒有熱水的酒店公寓，還得請維修師傅上門來檢測。。。
吹風機也沒有 聽過吹風機這些基本設備還需要自己下去拿的麼…

服務：服務不好 我訂浴缸的結果我住的沒有浴缸 客服也是不知道是真傻還是裝傻 閲讀理解特別差 讓補給我差價説一萬遍都聽不明白我的意思。前面也是一會去三期一會去二期的搬着行李搬來搬去的

房子挺新，還有點味道，床偏硬，且衹有一次性浴巾和毛巾布可用。小區環境不錯，但是晚上十點前要趕到大門口保安處，按酒店客服給的訊息登記，晚住的會不方便，我們就是入住完才去吃的飯。

房間不錯 是華潤的小區 裏面有常住的人口 基本上都是北京的老大爺 在小區裏悠閑地遛彎 樓下是一個咖啡工廠 然後有幾家吃飯的地方 價格都比較貴 到海邊不遠 大概要走20分鐘樣子就到了 最好是自己租個小電動摩託出行很方便

絕對的性價比之選。華潤石梅灣九里有好幾個組團，這個艾嗨在三期，我們住在五棟，房間在17層，有大陽台，觀海很方便，海景很漂亮，離觀海亭，威斯丁都很近。樓間距很寬，每棟都能看海，小區很大樓很少，有時間的建議小區裏走走，很漂亮。房間裏什麼都有，準備了驅蚊的，吹風機，一次性毛巾也全都有。打掃的也挺乾淨，公寓也是把怎麼到達所在樓層講的很清楚，絕對不會迷路。保安超級負責，要看邀請函，要登記才能進，停車免費的。送了四瓶380毫升的農夫山泉。
再説説缺點，小區裏道路太窄了，出小區時碰到工程車要上去，道路直接全都堵住了。停車位挺緊張的，我們八點回來，地面已經很難找到了，最後停到了地下車庫。廁所門鎖壞的，沒辦法鎖。盥洗池有點堵。沒有微波爐。周圍小吃衹有沙縣小吃，剩下全是海鮮。

給了小區核心景觀位置的房間，可以俯瞰小區景觀，可以下去游泳很是喜歡，來石梅灣度假會再考慮住這裏，華潤的樓盤品質還是可以的，爸媽很是滿意。

公寓在華潤小區內，小區一進門就感覺非常乾淨整潔，安保措施也到位，房間也是整潔的，房間陽台向外遠眺可以看到海平線，空調是中央空調，浴缸也有，性價比真的很高，雖然衹有65平但看起來挺大的，樓下商業區可以直接打卡嗲嗲的椰子雞，太瓊糟粕醋，清補涼，説實話有點夢中情房的感覺了。這次體驗也非常好，下次有機會來還想住這兒。
