住過很多酒店，這家的服務貼心到不行，入住等待的時候給我們送椰子，給娃送了零食，趕海的時候工作人員賣力挖坑找螃蟹讓娃抓，結束前還有煙花作為驚喜，主打一個娃開心就行。娃爸爸第二天一早要去打球，就是問了嘴球場位置，他們就提前給他準備了早餐，退房的時候還給我們準備了伴手禮，種種服務數不勝數，早餐也很好吃，下次萬寧還會選這裏。

對酒店的環境，太適合親子家庭住了，滿足了小孩子的所有需求，環境網上可以搜的到，衞生完全放心，被子，房間沒有異味。陳雅琴團隊的服務（偷偷瞄了一眼美女的工牌，哈哈），必須給大大的無敵的贊👍👍👍！入住當時酒店管家加了微信，我們大概是下午三點入住的，3點半提醒我們去吃下午茶，提前給我們備了很多點心，小朋友都非常喜歡，還額外送了四五個椰子，超甜。下午我們想去趕海，專車送到海邊，關鍵是，我以為專車把我們送到海邊就可以了，沒想到陳雅琴團隊還陪同一起趕海，還帶了工具，中途遇到下雨，趕海淋了些雨，回酒店還專門給我們送來紅糖薑茶，這種用心周到的服務，感動無比。退房的時候，還額外送了一大禮盒的粽子和鴨蛋，堪比我回孃家的待遇，哈哈，寶貝們説，下次還來這裏住。這個酒店，絕對是值得選擇！！贊！贊！贊！酒店周邊，隨手一拍，都是大片的效果，我喜歡那片蘆葦草，如果是閨蜜住，那絕對可以拍照一整個下午，哈哈

非常棒的一次入住體驗，工作人員熱情周到，趕海活動超乎預期地好，每天管家還貼心地安排短途接送，臨走前把我的車都沖洗乾淨了，希望有機會再來😄😄
