實話實説房間還可以，但是管理服務太差勁了，根本聯繫不到客服，衞生都沒打掃乾淨，還有之前客人用完的牙刷，浴巾衹有一條，和客服要了也不回消息，兩個人洗完澡身子都擦不幹，太后悔定這家了，石梅灣很美。

房間設施一般，該有的還是有的。床墊質量較差，特別硬（彈簧圈）。雖然有廚房，但衹是擺設，僅僅衹能燒個水喝茶。

性價比高，樓下有超市和飯店，小區停車方便，步行石梅灣不到20分鐘，陽台超大海景無敵，來海南環島第七天，在萬寧住的最舒服（沒有説別的地方不好的意思）尊嘟很不錯👍捨不得走

管家服務超級好，之前在別家店訂的房，後想在多住一天辦續期，結果之前那家的管家説沒房，想暫時存放行李都不可非讓提前帶走。有幸遇到這家店，管家小姐姐好貼心，快到凌晨了幫我找房，還幫我找存放行李的房間，管家小姐姐還幫我轉運行李到我訂的房間。要是早點遇到這家店就好，不過也不算晚，因為以後年家都會來度假，再來衹住這加店。

房間有一股黴味，很多地方都沒怎麼做清潔很臟。桌子椅子等等都我們自己做的大掃除，不然真不安心住和睡。小區環境可以，離海邊很近比較方便。但是房子真的不乾淨。廁所也很小，淋浴間沒有單獨的，而且沒有提供餐巾紙，中途也不會提供水和清潔。

入住幾天，期間都沒有人來打掃過衞生，房間也沒有垃圾桶。礦泉水衹有第一天的量 ，後面沒有補充過，我反饋了也沒有搭理我。入住的時候衞生也不是很乾凈，像是找的個兼職阿姨隨便糊弄一下做出來的衞生，跟普通快捷連鎖酒店的衞生比都差得遠。洗髮水、浴帽什麼的也沒有，洗髮水第二天送了過來。這個酒店位置也很不好，附近的幾家館子都特別貴，去街上要走半個小時。進了小區樓棟不好找，地圖上標識不清楚，然後電梯不能直達，要拎着行李爬一層樓，住的房間類似於頂樓天台搭建的陽光房那種。

環境還不錯，但是衞生灰塵有點多哦，床看着很乾凈，枕頭被套上偶爾有些小寵物爬過哦。房屋裡的空氣有些歷史的味道哦！

地理位置在石梅灣威斯汀酒店不遠處，不遠處有一個廣場有超市和吃飯的地方，位置還是很優越的。入住時房子乾淨整潔，空氣也清新，感覺是提前透氣了，床上用品也乾淨。性價比蠻高的。
