The house itself is okay, however, there are some mold in some part of the bathroom.
The location is good but it's overcrowded. so many people are here and the community doesn't have enough facilities to handle it.
the behavior of community service people are very rude.
Forget about taking any taxi if you live in here, the location is a dead end for taxi drivers so there is no taxi around.
The local shops are super expensive and they change their prices everyday. I booked a motorcycle for two days, the second day, the owner told me today is more expensive, even though I already paid for two days in the beginning.

There are two buildings around it that are not fully developed yet. The road to the island has only two lanes and is a bit congested.
