The room is clean and comfortable, with beautiful scenery outside the window. The hotel itself is a hot spring hotel. Although it can be seen that it is an old-fashioned hot spring hotel, the interior must have been recently renovated, so the room equipment is all new. The only thing is that the air conditioner in the room cannot be changed at will. However, you can open the window to let the cold air enter the room to adjust the temperature. After all, nearly 2/3 of the year in Wakkanai is winter, so it is reasonable to design a greenhouse. It's just that I'm personally afraid of heat, so I don't like the room temperature to be dry or warm. The hotel's hot spring is also a major feature. It is a natural hot spring and is very comfortable after soaking in it. During my two-day stay, I also found that many people were staying at the hotel. During my stay, most of the people I saw were Japanese locals. It is not far from downtown Wakkanai and can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. I haven't ordered any food from the hotel, so I can't comment. Highly recommended to stay.

I stayed here for one night as part of a group tour. The room had an air conditioning control panel, but I couldn't adjust the temperature with centralized control. (It was too hot for me.) The large public bath was nice. The temperature was a little too hot for me, but it warmed me up as soon as I got in. However, it seems that it costs an additional 100 yen to replace a wet towel. I was a little surprised. For dinner, we were served a whole hairy crab. The staff kindly explained how to eat it. The tofu for breakfast was very delicious. There were no convenience stores around.

I stayed here on a 6-night, 7-day tour with Trapics. The tour guide had told me in advance that this hotel is located in a residential area of a fishing village, so there are no shops nearby. The nearest Seico Mart is about 5km away. You have to buy drinks to eat and drink in the room in advance. The rooms are hit or miss, and if you stay in an outward-facing room on an upper floor, you can see Wakkanai Port, Cape Nosappu, or the ocean of the Soya Misaki River. If you stay on a lower floor, you can only see the surrounding fishing village, and in the worst case scenario, you'll be facing a room with a different view. The view isn't particularly good, so I don't think you need to worry too much about it. The room isn't particularly spacious, and the bathroom is a unit bath, but we didn't use the room bath because there is a hot spring. However, the space to put your toiletries is small for two people. It was late May, but the heating was strong and it was difficult to adjust the temperature. The windows are double-glazed, but when you open them, the strong wind makes a lot of noise. There is a fireplace in the lobby on the first floor, and the atmosphere was good because there was a fire. The food was better than I expected. I like how they use a lot of locally produced ingredients. There is an option for meals, and at this time of year we were able to have sea urchin. One plate, which was quite a lot, cost 1,000 yen. It's better to splurge on two plates for two people. It was fresh and very delicious. The bath is called Koeman Onsen, but the hot spring is one of two baths. This area has a slightly pungent smell because of the oil that comes from it. The Toyotomi Onsen, which contains the same ingredients, is said to be effective against atopic dermatitis. There is also an open-air bath, which is built like a snow hut and was quite nice. This hotel seems to be often used by tour groups, so I think it will be crowded if the bathing times overlap. If you have time in the morning, try taking a walk around the Koeman Peninsula. It will take about an hour to walk all the way there at a leisurely pace, but the scenery of the fishing village was interesting to see.

I stayed here for one night as part of a group tour. The hotel is located between Cape Soya and Wakkanai Port, and there are no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby. It is located in a fishing village surrounded by nature. Perhaps because of this, when we arrived, there was a herd of deer around the hotel. The lobby is very spacious and has a fireplace. The rooms are slightly larger than those of a business hotel, and since it is a hotel in a fishing village, it is very quiet. The open-air bath in the large communal bath is shaped like a snow hut and is a bit unique. The hot spring was very good and made my skin smooth. For dinner, we had seafood such as Wakkanai's specialty octopus shabu, half a hairy crab, and shrimp, but the freshness was a bit low, so it was a bit disappointing. (Maybe it was because we had high expectations.) However, the breakfast also had tofu like zundoufu, which was delicious.

I stayed here as part of a Club Tourism group. I was given a 2000-yen coupon for each person in the Lucky Wakkanai Support Campaign. Dinner was a little late at 8:00 p.m., but I ate a hairy crab at my leisure. It was a delicious meal. There is a fireplace on display in the lobby. Breakfast is average. The room is comfortable with double-glazed windows, although seagulls can be heard from early in the morning. It is a 40-minute walk to the nearest convenience store. Lol
