It's a very nice hotel located in the northern part of the city. The view is spectacular and I definitely recommend going to the top floor. Besides, the personnel are friendly and polite.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights. The hotel is 10 mins walk from the ferry pier with half of the rooms facing the sea and another half with partly seaview. I was arranged with room with seaview but it was a smoking room despite I requested non smoking. There is no swimming pool nor onsen in the hotel. The swimming pool shown on photos is next to hotel and charge 800 yens. The breakfast and dinner were below my expected standard. For instance, only scrambbled eggs are provided in breakfast. Overall, the hotel was below my expectation when 40800yen was charged for one night

Lovely location with beautiful views- rooms clean and pleasant to stay. Staff very helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast is good. Happy we stayed at Surfeel!

The hotel that was previously owned by ANA has now changed hands. I placed an order very early and checked in at 12 o'clock on the day of check-in. I didn't care when I got the room card, but when I checked in at 15 o'clock, I found that the floor of the room was not high. The hotel was not friendly and asked why they didn't give me a high floor. I didn't book a basic low-floor room. It was difficult to communicate with the Japanese-speaking people at the front desk. Only a Malay lady spoke Chinese to help convey the message, but the communication was ineffective. The lady seemed to be familiar with the hotel rooms and was neat! Features of Japanese reservations Several domestic platforms are hotel agents. The rooms on them are sometimes ineffective. Wakkanai is one of the more advanced hotels, but there is no hot spring. The breakfast is pretty good. The Domidome Hotel across the road has a hot spring and the breakfast is pretty good in the chain hotel. The JR station is nearby. Finally, Wakkanai is a really good place. It is a sparsely populated city. Friends with wide time can arrange two days to experience the northernmost town in the country! It's not easy to arrive!

The hotel is in a great location, within a 10-minute walk from the pier and JR station. A fellow traveler accidentally injured his foot, and the hotel provided wheelchairs, ice cubes, medical information and other services.
