I think the room was fantastic. Got a sea view facing room. Pillows are really cushy and comfortable. Upon arriving, bell boys came with umbrella, pick up my luggage’s and everything felt really right at home. Within minutes of checking in, some pastries was served as well. Decent local and western spread for buffet breakfast. Cross the road to the beach, lots of great food all within minutes drive away
However check out, the bell boys don’t even bother to render any assistance. Else it will be a great way to make a perfect complete stay

the hotel was very nice. easily access to the beach and tourist destination. nearby hotel you can enjoy beautiful sunrise and sunset. staff is also very nice and helpful we can find easily. the room view is beautiful with beach and mountain 💙

Rather choose other 5-star hotels with the same price with better service. Breakfast is poor. Swimming pool is tiny and closed at 6pm. Very crowded on weekend due to the great location but it makes the check-in and check-out process so slow. After I left the hotel for like 30 mins, their staff called me to ask to pay for a bottle of mineral water that I used on the fridge which is the same with the complimentary water they put outside. Thanks to their explanation, I understand that the complimentary bottle of water is 350ml and the charged one is 500ml. This is definitely the last time I stayed at this hotel.
