The rooms are a nice size, the ones on the 4th floor with a sea view are very good. The staff are very friendly and the cleaning is superb. Good location near the beach, but the beach is rocky there and not suitable for swimming. If you have transport there are lots of options for food and drink. The hotel has a nice bar near the road. The breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast, nothing special. I have lived in hotels in Vietnam for the last year, this is a good hotel, good value and I would stay there again.

The rooms, are, a great size,, staff, facilities are all a pleasure, they have now changed the name to beach front. Hotel the views, are, second to none and the breakfast is, so good with such a variety of choices... Hard to beat. Grab yourself a hire motor cycle, to get around on.

The location was perfect, near the beaches with lovely view in sunset time. It is a little bit old, i think over 20 years, so the equipment was old, but still good condition. The room was good, staff member was friendly and helpful! Overall is good! Enjoy!

Wow! What an amazing experience. The Malibu Hotel is the best hotel that I've stayed in in Vietnam. We had a business trip there in early March 2023. Everything was exemplary and all 65 staff members agreed. I will briefly share what makes this hotel so amazing: 1) Customer Service: A huge shout out to Ms. Bella from The Malibu. She made organisation of our trip smooth and was extremely detail-orientated. Additionally, Mr. Dat ensured that our Gala dinner was a memorable experience. Both Ms. Bella and Mr. Dat were extremely transparent about budget and pricing, double-checking every expense with our team before it was processed. The best customer service that I've received in Vietnam in 7 years. 2) The food: The food is incredible and very fairly priced. I stayed in the hotel in early 2022 and they have maintained the high standard since then. Well done to the kitchen staff at The Malibu. The best I've had in Vietnam. 3) Public spaced: The Malibu has a wonderful pool & lounge area. Servers were punctual and pleasant. 4) Comfy beds: The rooms & beds fit those of a 4/5 star hotel. No issues here whatsoever. It might be nice if they had a balcony. 5) Location: Wonderful location near the major roundabout in Vung Tau. A short walk to the beach. Fantastic!

This hotel is on the mountain and it is very quiet at night. It takes only a few minutes to go to the beach. It is about ten minutes' drive from Monte Cristo. The hotel has small rooms for children. Parent-child outing is very good

I feel that this hotel is very good in Vung Tau. The hotel manager is very good. Because we did not communicate well with the Ctrip agent at that time, there were discrepancies in the information after arriving at the hotel. The manager helped us solve it very well. He is very nice. The other employees of the hotel are also very good. They greeted us with a smile.
The overall environment is also very beautiful. The view is very good. Most rooms can see the sea. We live in the highest position. There is a scent of lemongrass as soon as we enter the room. It is very clean and comfortable. There is a small beach across the street. There are also cafes and seafood restaurants nearby. They are delicious. It is perfect for vacation🏖

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by warm and friendly staff (Duyen, Vy and Giang) who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. The new premium toiletries was provided instead of forgettable Mercure amenities which had been run for several years. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room overlooking the sea. Watching the sunset while sipping a refreshing chardonnay f was a truly magical experience. The hotel's location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and the beach. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide range of local options to suit every palate. A fantastic new hotel with access to lots of amenities, Vietnamese and Western, on the main road behind the seafront. The staff are fantastic, they are still new and learning about western culture but so keen to learn and find out what we want/ need. Everything is so spotlessly clean everywhere. Our room is cleaned and towels are changed daily. The pool is small but perfect for a dip to cool off in the afternoon with an amazing waterfall. We are only in our 4th day of 10, normally wouldn't review until the end but think it's highly deserved. There were only 3 reviews when we booked, so we took a chance. A fantastic decision, unique staff and owners, you won't be disappointed. I hope there's room here when we come back!!!

KKatzyOne of the bedrooms in a two-bedroom apartment with double beds is fairly small. The sound distance is poor at night since we could hear the TV's light sound, which is inconvenient, and the water drainage is also pretty slow. Even yet, at this cost, a 1-night stay for a group of 3–4 people is still reasonable and commendable as it's well equipped with culinary equipment, a fridge, washing machine and balcony for drying the clothes.
If you were driving yourself, it was advised to park for one night in the basement for VND 80k from 13 p.m. to 13 p.m. the following day.
The staff was very kind.

The hotel has many facilities and facilities that are satisfying for the whole family to play and explore together. The food at the restaurant is quite ok, it is the first Ma Lai restaurant in Vung Tau, eating delicious with my family. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

GGuest UserWe stayed for 4 nights and I’m happy this was my first accommodation in Vietnam. The room was basic but clean. Ours had no windows and we received a complementary upgrade when we requested one that did. The staff were helpful and translated and interpreted for us when required. The hotel has a security shutter which comes down around midnight and can only be opened from the inside by hotel staff. Although I had to shout loudly and repeatedly on one night to wake up the night staff, I was let in with no bad grace. Recommend the Russian coffee shop a few doors to the R (As you face the hotel exit.)
