Because we did not communicate well with the Ctrip agent at that time, there were discrepancies in the information after arriving at the hotel. The manager helped us solve it very well. He is very nice. The other employees of the hotel are also very good. They greeted us with a smile.
The overall environment is also very beautiful. The view is very good. Most rooms can see the sea. We live in the highest position. There is a scent of lemongrass as soon as we enter the room. It is very clean and comfortable. There is a small beach across the street. There are also cafes and seafood restaurants nearby. They are delicious. It is perfect for vacation🏖"

TTracynguyen2412I booked 3 deluxe twin rooms with seaview for 2 nights to celebrate my birthday with friends. I got warm welcome from Ms. Duyen (Asistant Guest Relations Manager), Ms. Chi Receptionist and Mr. Vinh Bellman. Ms Duyen helped us arrange our room with nice view and she made me surprised with the cakes. Ms. Chi checked in for us very fast and professional. Mr. Vinh help us deliver all heavy luggages to our rooms and call electricty car fo us. Also thank for Mr. Hoang FB Manager for taking care of us about breakfast. Our stay was so pleasant in Mercure Vung Tau. And we really enjoy our stay much because of them.
But there's a small problem that I made reservations on trip.com for my stay 22-24Dec, but my working schedule was changed so I contacted Ms. Trang Lam Reservation to support to change to 20-22Dec, she asked me to contact with trip.com. After I contacted trip.com, they helped me contact hotel again to change. Sometimes, I know if both side agrees to change, I can change althought my booking policy shows not amend. But trip.com said that the hotel didnt agree to change. And I asked her for a solution that I can pay more to change or not, she just sent me an email with room price for 20-22Dec, didnt tell me that I can cancel old reservation to make a new reservation or not. Finally, I had to change my schedule, only stayed in hotel 1 night and left Vung Tau 3:30AM for taking my flight on 24Dec.

Good location, the windows overlook the mountains or the sea, the pool has a beautiful view of the sea, we had a room with a bath, those who like to lie in a warm bath will appreciate the comfort and the view from the window.
All the hotel staff are handpicked, they will tell you everything, tell you how to spend your time, give you bicycles to ride around the area, the restaurant has a beautiful view, good breakfasts and very good coffee, everyone is very nice and kind, the people who surround you charge you with positive energy.
I recommend having dinner at the hotel restaurant at sunset, a beautiful view and be sure to try the signature fruit salad in a basket 😍
Thanks to the staff, our weekend was wonderful!

Everything is good, except across the road is basically a 1km + building site, so the vibe of the area is very poor.

GGuest UserUnbelievably well presented hotel. The room with partial ocean view was roomy and bright.
The breakfast was great, with good variation. The smoothies in the restaurant were perfect but not so in the Cafe.
The location is great - not too far from many restaurants and massage and the beach.
A little pricey, but worth it.

GGuest UserI really enjoyed my stay at Oyster Bay Hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and made the experience even better. I believe this hotel is somewhat underrated and deserves more guests. Wishing you success and further growth!
The only thing that I found a bit inconvenient was the hot water. It takes a long time for it to heat up, which can be frustrating.
One more thing to add, the design choice of having a glass wall between the bedroom and the bathroom with a curtain is interesting and might work well for a young couple, but it's definitely not suitable for a family with kids. The curtain was not opaque enough, so if the bathroom light was on, it provided little privacy. As a result, we had to take showers with the light off. I think it's important to inform guests about this and avoid assigning such rooms to families with children.
Other than that, everything was great. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

I decided to come back because my family really liked this hotel during my previous visit.
What I love most is that the bus from Ho Chi Minh City to the hotel is included in the accommodation fee.
It’s very convenient not having to book the bus separately.
The hotel is clean, and the staff are very kind.
I was especially happy that they upgraded our room this time.
The room was clean, and the water pressure in the shower had improved compared to last time, which made the stay even better.
The pool was beautiful as well, and we were very satisfied.
My child especially loves the pool at Vias Hotel.
We’d love to come back again.

NNGUYEN TUI had a great stay at a hotel in the heart of Vung Tau. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Back Beach and close to many popular restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with recommendations. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had a beautiful view. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive. The overall experience was excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service in Vung Tau!

The location is great. It is closed to the beach and Jesus status in a walking distance. It is also closed to some wonderful restaurants.
The price is reasonable. It deserved the price in terms of room facilities and breakfast. A budget hotel has a swimming pool at the rooftop faces the beautiful sea and beach. Breakfast is great as well
A comfortable bed and strong hot water in the showering room are the most important things for me. Ibis is doing great job.
I would like to recommend this hotel to anyone who looks for balance among budget, safety, comfort and convenience

CChee KitGood location if you want to be near to the beach, eateries & a few museums. Not far from other sightseeing spots. Just get around by Grab. Very afforable.
The only drawback for my case is the bed. It's too worn out to the extend I could feel the metal springs of the mattress till it hurts my back during my sleep.
So, immediately check the bed mattress when you check into the room.
