The location was not clean, and the hotel service was lacking. After checking in and going up to the room,
they came back to the room and asked how the service was, and then they blatantly asked for a tip, so I pretended not to understand English and sent them away.
The water in the bathroom sink didn't drain, and after taking a shower, water flooded the bathroom floor.

Dear V Hotel Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an incident that occurred at V Hotel today. While parking my car, it collided with some furniture in the parking area. Throughout this incident, the watchman was observing from a distance and did not offer any assistance or guidance. When I approached him for help, he rudely responded, “Can’t you look into the camera?” His behavior was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. The Hotel is good and luxurious. I spent 4 days here on a leisure trip and I must say this is the Hotel to stay in everything was excellent. The food of this hotel is excellent. Staffs are very good and cooperative.

I spend 2 nights here , Its Waste of Money . Only one Good thing with this hotel is Food is Good ( Breakfast) and location wise its Good . There is a bad smell coming from Floor when you enter in corridor . There is very less Light in Rooms and There is no proper ventilation in bathroom . Once you bath there is smell from long time As per price and services its always Disappointing

Very bad service, none of the hindi channels were activated in the television, after several requests also they didnt activated, no towels and hand towels in room. No extra water bottles. Onle 2 half litre complementary water bottle. Very very dissappointing. Will never visit here again

I spent 3 days here on a leisure trip and I must say this is the Hotel to stay in everything was excellent. I have stayed in other hotels in Vizag. But this is a gem. Well located near key tourist spots, railway station, Bus stand and near the main road to access other parts of Vizag. As for the room, it was very spacious, with the option of a hard and soft bed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay in. Well-trained cooperative staff 24-hour Help desk available. This hotel is definitely suitable for all types of travellers from business, leisure, family couples etc.
